  1. Wide right. Nothing else is close.
  2. Going to Vegas in September. We are going to try and get tickets to the Dolphins-Raiders game. It would be pretty cool to see the Raiders new stadium.
  3. Isles and Pens has also been very competitive. It's has to suck for the teams in Canada to play in empty arena's when the US teams can have fans. The atmosphere at Nassau, Nashville, and Carolina has been excellent.
  4. If this were Josh's first year with crowd noise I could see it playing a factor but this is his 4th year. The first 2 were played with packed stadiums so he knows what its like. If anything it will be an adjustment at the NFL level for guys like Lawrence and Wilson. Josh will be fine. Then you have QB's like Brady and Rodgers who would laugh at crowd noise as it wouldn't affect their play at all.
  5. Jets. Since I live in NJ and deal with Jets fans it never gets old beating the **** out of them.
  6. I believe the comeback game wasn't sold out. I think that one had about 75,000 which was a great crowd. A small market team shouldn't have a stadium that big but Bills fans still did a great job filling it. I think the 73,000 we have now is a nice number for the market size.
  7. Didn't they cap them at 60,000 a few years ago and kept the rest open for individual ticket sales. Anyway no surprise. Team is primed for a great season so the demand for tickets was going to be high. Add the fact that it will be 2 years since fans have been in the stadium so they missed going to games. I know I did last year.
  8. I saw that in the news that people were putting gasoline in garbage bags. How dumb can people really be.
  9. NY and NJ usually follow each other on stuff like this so I think Cuomo will do the same for the Bills. Murphy also said no masks required, no social distancing ( how could you with 80,000 in the stadium) and they won't require proof of vaccine. NJ is really trusting people to do the right thing.
  10. Belichick is probably spending a good portion of the offseason trying to figure out how to beat this Bills team. You are right in that there will be no flying under the radar this season.
  11. TP is so last year. I thought people were hoarding gasoline now.
  12. LOL. Gase was lucky last year fans weren't allowed given the year they had. When it comes to stuff like this both NY and NJ are usually on the same page. I would imagine Cuomo will do the same for the Bills and allow a full attendance. At least Bills fans will be showing up and cheering unlike the fans in NJ.
  13. It's not all on Allen here when it comes to Mahomes and KC. The Bills have to be better than the Chiefs. Remember the 1st game between the teams. The Chiefs ran the ball down the Bills throats. It felt like they had 1000 yards rushing that day. While Allen does have to play well against them the Bills as a team also need to be much better.
  14. Both are great players but I voted no. Allen is our QB and I believe we will win a Super Bowl with him. I think when its all said and done he will replace Kelly as the greatest QB in franchise history.
  15. I think it was Yogi Berra who said "every team will win 50 and every team will lose 50, its what you do in the other 62 that determine what kind of season you have." Of course there examples where that isn't always the case like 62 Mets who won something like only 40.
  16. Sorry about that. For some reason I can't post the link. I Thanks for posting the link. As I mentioned to the previous poster it won't let me do it for some reason.
  17. Jim McMahon: Bill Belichick's a "lying piece of sh-t" - ProFootballTalk (nbcsports.com) Although reading the article doesn't make McMahon look good either.
  18. SRV
  19. NFL players would be dead if they had to play a longer season like the NHL. The players probably don't even want a 17 game season. It will probably go to 18 at some point but they really can't go beyond that. Their is a reason why this is a once a week sport.
  20. That team was 9-7 and needed a Dalton miracle to get in. That team had one and done written all over it. I remember Bills fans being happy just to end the playoff less streak. I don't think anyone had any expectations of a playoff run that year. The 2021 season is a different story as their is a lot of pressure on the Bills now with expectations thru the roof in WNY.
  21. I didn't know Phil was that difficult. Even though Phil was a big part of the band I always thought of Bob as the #2 main guy. He along with Jerry were the two co-lead singers thru out most of their run. The early years featured Pigpen and Brent and Phil would occasionally sing but to me Jerry and Bob basically co-fronted the band. If Phil didn't want to do the shows then they should have done them without him. With Jerry gone Bob is now the sole frontman of the band anyway.
