Slightly o/t, but great reaction vid...representative of thousands of WNY homes last Sunday. Young woman & dad, Ravens game, well-edited. I searched: don't believe been posted. Only one ref to her on board. Pressed for time, skip to 9:45 for TJ interception. But stick w it until the end. Worth it. I didn't cry after the game, but gotta admit I cried... watching her cry.

Fair point; could be right. Kinetic chain maybe too messed up?? But creative, incentivized folks--we called them "Voodoo Docs"--can do some pretty amazing things (Yes, price is paid on back end).** Ex: injured (not wounded) on a UH-60. Debilitating symptoms. Couldn't safely operate M4, etc. Declared non-operational by base Dr. Went to see the "VDs". Several injections (1-2 Toradal, others don't recall). Oral painkillers. Good to go w/n, I think, a wk or so. But that's out in "the wild". Not sure if it quite applies here. And remember kids: narcotics and firearms may constitute a safety hazard! So be careful out there. **Example obviously doesn't apply if PH has a "real" concussion.

Guys, I got that feeling again....
Dukestreetking replied to Brennan Huff's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
@Brennan Huff, up front, I "liked" the thread. Sincerely. Why does title make me want to scream "More Cowbell, Gary!" -
Hmmm and Mmmm.... Rachel vs Mina vs We Shall Not Speak Her Name (sounds like "may"). Slaps own wrist: I should not speak re journalist looks, I should not speak re journalist looks, and etc. (Edit: fairness, equity and @jkeerie/others demand(s) that I add, Hmmm and Mmmm...Jimmy G v George Clooney v (your preference)

Thanks for all the insights above. This issue is interesting for many reasons, as you well know. But to OP's point, where can one find the particular data? I'm sure PFF has it, but behind a paywall. @sven233provided one data point (thanks) but wondering if someone can provide the seasonal no-kidding motion/eye-candy/etc numbers? @Hapless Bills Fanto the rescue?

Why this game will be different than week 6

I never thought football and ennui could be used in the same graph, but somehow you sensibly pulled it off. Well played. -
Do you like the term “Bills Mafia”?
Dukestreetking replied to Lionel Hutz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This, 100 percent, and esp #1...it isn't astroturf, team marketing bs. Fans came up with it. Further: it's not, say, Grantland Rice with "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse". Great use of phrase, but it's still a reporter--not fans--coining the term. Besides, how'd you like to be known as "The Flock"? Hell, next year Ravens PR will push their fan base as "Band of the Black Hand"* or something similarly pathetic. * For the sensitive, I don't mean this racially but as a synonym for Mafia, big gang, etc. -
So, I'll vote Josh b/c, reasons (cough, homerism). Re @jkeeriecomments: The sexiest in the league is Jimmy G, hands down. As a heterosexual male, I gotta admit that he's a handsome m-fer, damn him. Lastly, I'm going off the board Alex, w an unpopular take: On the "in shorts" issue, I'd have to take Baker (who I don't like) over Joshua P. I mean, that dude's legs are massive. His vastus medialis looks like a body-builder's, male or female. JA is gonna have to step up his squat game. Truth to power.

Maybe bad word sequencing. I meant it as, "even on this very non-sports show, people are talking about this." Directly to your question....ehhh, strong "no" on hearing anything fr JA.

Pats fans jumping on Bills Wagon!

Ok, so I'm the nerd who always reads linked articles. Limeaid: holy crap, how the hell did you find this? Great read, and I ain't even a big Slate fan. Others: read this; it's worth your 5-7 min. Aside: Charles Schulz lived in Santa Rosa, and could often be seen in Monterey/Carmel area where I once lived. Spoke to him twice: extremely interesting guy and deep thinker...yet he drew a "kids" comic. -
Hell, even Dana Perino just gave a Mafia shout-out on The Five (fox news). And, just in case: no, I'm not an 80-yr old, white nationalist-Nazi-fascist.

Sue to Kowalski: it's pronounced 'mong' not 'hah-mong'. Love that movie. -

Good point. It's like asking "do a hammer and a nail really have a rivalry?" Side note: as said above, I have no issue w the OP-provided vid. Thought it was kinda clever, actually. Maybe not popular view around here. So, if you need me, I'll be in the bunker, waiting for the flames and incoming... -

Dear Pigs, Please find enclosed your new wings. They are for this thing called flying. Thank you for your order. -
Agree. But I think we're in weird psychological territory now. As @Stank_Nasty, myself, others have said, we try not to let this stuff bother us. We're adults, we KNOW it's just crap. It should--and must--just roll off our shoulders. But then why, dear Lord, is it pissing me off now? Tbh, I'm no-kidding angry at times. That's the rub. Wth is going on? Someone 'splain please.

I am waaay late to this particular party, but this is freaking-cool-mind-blowing stuff, even if it's ex-pats. Spent fair amount of time in Nur-Sultan, and places like Aksu and Pavlodar. Great people, food, etc. For the young'n: when Soviet Union fell, Kaz was suddenly a no-s**t nuclear weapons power. But they gave up all their WMD, and were very helpful to US/allies w site investigations. So, ya know, Bills and WMD: good on 'em.
