  1. I stand corrected. Cherish this moment.
  2. Floyd doesn’t count.
  3. Jmo, old running backs are not the solution for a team that appears to run out of gas every postseason.
  4. Aaron Jones cut
  5. Kirk comes back healthy and it’s his division
  6. Nobody loves investing at ST and sucking at it like the Bills.
  7. The Jags are trying to build the most expensive mid core of WR. Ridley is gone so they’ll have Gabe/Kirk/ZayDay Jones. Gross line up. Demand a trade Trevor!
  8. He called the Knox rework. Was probably last week. he called the Rousseau foot injury I think last season. Hes had others but I can’t remember off the top of my head.
  9. @HappyDays had called quite a few things, including, most recently, the approach to Knox for a paycut well before it was announced by the team.
  10. *****. I just had this take and I thought it was original. I agree that “we need to get under the cap” is a better sales pitch to take a paycut than “we need to free up $4M so we have $28M in space.”
  11. It’s the fakest tweet of all time by a Bills “Content Creator”. He wrote “sources tell ESPN” but doesn’t work there. “End of an era?” Like come on
  12. Is this a news thread or a random twitter post thread lol
  13. Is Beane not restructuring Josh so he can approach players about pay cuts? You’d think their agents would know better, but Beane saying “we have no space” is a better negotiating tactic than saying “we need more than $24M”
  14. They have to sign Chase going forward and Chase > Higgins. Tee is on the team. They will probably get a third as a comp pick if he walks next year, so that’s where the bidding starts. So their choice is either: 1. Highly drafted rookie and high third/late second (at least) for Higgins 2. Highly drafted rookie and 1 year of Higgins until he walks next year They are gonna be in the WR market in the first round imo. And a Higgins long-term deal is not coming, again imo. Which is why they haven’t negotiated for a year lol
  15. Thanks for the insight. He’s a playoff no-show.
  16. Why wouldn’t they trade Higgins? They probably want cost-controlled WR’s too.
  17. Their plan was play on the tag or trade after the draft if they get a great WR prospect to land to them, right?
  18. I have an axe to grind… talking about Diggs in the Diggs topic. But you don’t have an axe to grind….talking about McD and the defense in the Diggs topic. https://tenor.com/view/waka-flocka-okay-ok-yeah-right-gif-11603145 this is just sad. You don’t even disagree with me. Lmao. The defense has nothing to do with Diggs having 30 yards per game most postseasons
  19. Read the topic title and get back to me lmao.
  20. He wasn't questionable once. Back looked fine at the Pro Bowl. Are you counting "Vet rest" as an injury? Then Von was injured all year.
  21. I'm not sure you know what certainly means. There was no end of the season "Diggs has been dealing with a groin injury" report. He participated in the Pro Bowl just after the season ended, so whatever injury you are "certain" he had, it clearly wasn't that big of a deal. Even if you want to argue that Diggs is hurt every year and that's why he no-shows in the playoffs every year, I don't think that supports any argument in his favor. Tre White was really good without his injuries and they showed him the door. IMO, he's just old. Hyde and Poyer didn't have some super secret injury last year. They just got old. We seem to accept this for everyone but Stef because he's.... well, I don't really know why.
  22. Meh, he had good numbers but he was playing what I’d call advanced Rodgers/Tyrod ball to do so. He took some truly horrific sacks and had some really embarrassing throwaways to keep his efficiency looking nice. Which, for a team like the Steelers, may still be an upgrade, but I didn’t think he was good. He was maybe top 25.
