  1. You want them to bring in a couple vets like they did with Poyer and Hyde? That’s crazy! How did that work out? - you, arguing to not bring in veteran safeties.
  2. Oof that’s a white flag. Jaquan is out of the league. He couldn’t beat out anyone, anywhere. I’m sorry for being a Pats fan because I would like them to bring in a vet S in free agency. I’m such a monster!
  3. you understand you just made my point for me? They found two All-Pro’s for 7 years. By bringing in guys who had played in the NFL as UFAs. Not by drafting fifth rounders. Which is what I’m arguing for lmao. I watched Damar Hamlin play, and Jaquan Johnson before him, and the other bums that we’ve drafted over the years to backup Poyer and Hyde. None of them were good. In fact, the only S that has been worth anything was Rapp, who was a UFA last year. Harder to destroy your own argument than what you just did. If that wasn’t intentional, woof.
  4. Shakir can twinge an ankle or a hamstring and be minimally effective for an entire year.
  5. We shall see. I think Penix to Seattle is in play. Crazy bet. Have 6 QB’s ever gone in the first?
  6. I do so enjoy discussing paying Greg Rousseau for a potential 9.5 sack per year average, when the guy has never had more than 8 sacks ever.
  7. I think we had a better chance of success with a UFA S who has started in the NFL AND a fifth round rookie S, over just a fifth round rookie S expected to start. But hey, Matt Milano. I guess you disagree.
  8. This is correct and like you, I am very confused. I would rather have gotten a young starter quality S in FA at a decent contract and then fill in the 49-53 spots after the draft and we see what shakes out. the whole FA period has been odd. Retaining an old 32 DT and a rotational DE. I thought we were gonna get younger and/or cheaper. it’s far too close to “running it back” to my liking.
  9. Yeah that’s why I’m sick
  10. Because Tom Brady is the GOAT. Aaron Rodgers is not. Clearly, the difference wasn't sitting, because they both sat. In fact, you could argue that Rodgers sitting more hurt him.
  11. Why was sitting not as beneficial for Aaron Rodgers as it was for Tom Brady?
  12. You should be more active in your police work. There’s someone in Batavia that is begrudgingly admitting that Tom Brady is the greatest QB of all time. Go get him!
  13. I can love the team AND try to be honest with them. I also don’t think that Ed Oliver is the best DT in football. I don’t think Stefon Diggs is the greatest WR of all time. I don’t think that Jordan Poyer is the greatest safety in the NFL. Somehow, all of those opinions are fine. But believing that Josh is (only) the second best QB in football is sacrilege. Says more about you than it does about me lol.
  14. There’s no proof that Mahomes needed the year off or would have failed if thrown into the fire. Josh Allen wasn’t perfect mechanically when he came into the league, and he was clearly coached and developed. They were both rough around the edges QB’s who were BOTH developed to become the QB’s they are today. Not sure why we believe the Bills coaches couldn’t have developed Mahomes when they proved they could develop Allen. I LOVE the Bills. Don’t think they have the greatest QB of all time. Sue me lol
  15. Are you allowed to be a Bills fan if you don’t believe your QB is the GOAT? Did we all have to believe Trent would’ve been Brady with better coaching to be Bills fans?
  16. What if Peyton Manning and Tom Brady swapped? Brady would still be the GOAT. Mahomes is the GOAT.
  17. I can point to a far larger list of bust after bust from multiple positions from later rounds… which is kinda obvious and shouldn’t need to be explained lol.
  18. Milano wasn’t expected to start his rookie year (and shouldn’t have been) and was beat out by Ramon Humber.
  19. I’m hopeful that we can walk away with 2 day 1 starters via the draft but it’s not always that simple.
  20. The king goes to the Ravens, unfortunately, Lamar is still gonna have to pass in the postseason,
  21. He was worse than Poyer last year and his neck is falling off. No thank you, please retire
