  1. If Diggs in 2024 is the guy in the last 8 weeks and not the first ten, he is easily replaceable by a rookie. That was my point.
  2. And none of them individually have the chance to outproduce MHJ. Which is the whole point lol
  3. Okay, so if MHJ has close to the same amount of yardage as those three next year (say within ~100-200 yards), will you change your mind?
  4. I don't think Cook, Shakir and Kincaid will get to 16000 yards. So I don't think MHJ will have to beat 16000 yards. It's a pretty logical argument to follow.
  5. Fundamentally disagree. You use the first two rounds to get players that you would hand out gigantic money to in a second if they were ProBowlers. QB, DE, WR, OT, CB in that order. Because those are the most important positions. Do you know why the Cowboys felt comfortable letting Tyron Smith get $20M elsewhere? Because they had drafted his replacement who will play for a fraction of that a year earlier in the first round. What if one of these garbage teams offer Brown a reset the market RT contract next season? We can't and shouldn't pay that. What if Dawkins play completely deteriorates over the next two seasons? Then you are left chasing an important position after the fact and reaching for a day 3 OT prospect in day 2 because we need to "fill the hole." Its bad management.
  6. yeah they got ran over. The whole defense really sucked. Would've been nice to have been in a shootout. Here's Jackson Carman absolutely posterizing Edmunds. I used to have this in gif form.
  7. His big brother Dalvin once had 500 yards receiving in a season. His career is now over, at 1800 yards receiving. Sorry but I think there's a next to zero percent chance James hits 3k receiving. We shall circle back in 5 years and see, if I'm still alive. Also, jut FYI, you're putting Kincaid in the near-HoF with that track. 7000 yards by a TE would be 13th all time.
  8. Any snap he plays is too much. It is funny how that game gets remembered. It was a really bad start by the defense. but they allowed only 13 points the rest of the way. Of course, Dorsey-ball dictated we would only score 3 points from the second Q on.
  9. Tbh, this was the game i gave up on Edmunds. I watched him get pancaked out of the stadium on third and 1 by Jackson Carman after watching Hayden Hurst eat all afternoon in the middle of the field, and I had finally realized the scarecrow sucked.
  10. Jackson Carman vs Eli Ankou, I take Carman all day.
  11. I don't think this is a conservative estimation at all. Your RB numbers are way off. 3000 career receiving yards? Do you know how many running backs don't hit that number? Everyone not named Kamara or CMC.
  12. Not to mention Dean Marlowe playing safety and the ghost of Tre White watching Burrow drop bombs over his head while playing 7 yards off the line coverage. Man, hard to believe the Bills had no answers for Burrow, Chase, and Higgins with such a talented defensive group. Spags would've had Marlowe playing like Ronnie Lott out there.
  13. AFAIK, there's zero NFL interest in signing me. I'm probably the best FA target of them all this season.
  14. Hire Spags to coach our defense? All for it. Send a letter to One Bills Drive.
  15. Explain to me how. That's what I want.
  16. Obviously. That was my point.
  17. This just demonstrates you have the reading comprehension of an ant. Lol.
  18. He clearly didn't show he learned otherwise in his first 7 seasons here. Why should we believe year 8 is gonna be different? You are far too hyperfixated on McD over Beane, IMO.
  19. The playoffs lights weren't too bright that game for McD, I guess. You'd think, with your thesis of "its not that the players not being that good, its actually the coach being good in the regular season and then inexplicably BAD in the postseason and has nothing to do with the caliber of opponent" the defense would've been terrible that game. Maybe he still thought it was week 18. Forgot to tell Ed to pretend to play. He remembered the next week, I suppose. I'm on record that if they go DL in round one, I'm starting the Fire Beane billboard GoFundMe. I'm not joking.
  20. They run their team like they used to in Carolina. They are hyper-focused on trench play on both sides, usually to the detriment of skill position players, namely WR. In the 4 years prior to coming to Buffalo, Carolina spent a 1, a 2, a 2, and a 1 on DL (and almost all of them have been Bills at some point lol). They drafted a running back in the top 8. They drafted 1 WR in the first round with Cam in his prime.
  21. FWIW, I would absolutely agree that McD is a good coach and not an upper echelon elite coach. The difference is elite coaches aren't easy to find and there's only so much elite coaches can do to put their inferior players in a position to succeed. Did Brock Purdy struggle in the postseason compared to the regular season because Shanny just sucks in the postseason? Or is it because it was much harder to hide him against better competition? I want your better half to answer this question. @GoBills808
  22. You know they sacked Skylar Thompson 7 times in the postseason, right? Did McD just forget to call all the bad plays that he usually does in the postseason? Saved them all for the next week?
  23. Oliver getting pancaked into oblivion by the Chiefs OL isn't because of anything McD does or doesn't do.
