Danielle Hunter, DE, the perfect trade candidate
FireChans replied to Estro's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Chiefs traded a second round pick for a pass rusher and gave him a monster contract before the won the Super Bowl. Furthermore, the Rams haven’t had a first round pick since 2016. Every year y’all say they are on the brink of being done, except McVay keeps winning. He has the hugest win percentage in the NFL. will the chickens come home to roost at some point? Sure, they will have a down year eventually. But they have been a great team for over 5 years now, made 2 Super Bowls, and have the winningest coach in the NFL. Furthermore, we just had an early exit from the playoffs. So if they couldn’t have traded picks for difference-makers, they’d be the Bills? You made my point for me looooool -

I bet the Chiefs regret trading for Frank Clark and pushing their cap to the limit. Oh, wait, no. They got a SuperBowl out of it. AJ Epenesa has been super available, very easy to stay healthy in street clothes. We haven’t played in a Super Bowl in 30 years. Rams have gone to 2 in the last four. No reason to wait. Winning the Super Bowl is the goal. Winning a playoff game in 2024 is not. -

Who cares? Have the Rams not taught you that good players are better than picks? -

Would you take a totally bleak 4 years for a Super Bowl win? -
Keyshawn Johnson downplays Mac Jones hype: ‘He ain’t Josh Allen’

He almost certainly just doesn’t watch all the games bro -
Time has been kind to Marino for that exact reason. You also played him twice a year. Time will be kind to Aaron. He will be regarded as a champion, a multiple MVP/AllPro etc etc. Bears and Vikings fans will always remember how much he owned them over 15 season, how unstoppable he was. Honestly, the room in the top 5 grows smaller with every year. I’m someone who WOULD have Manning and Brady obviously. Montana because I know him. Unitas, Staubach are just names of guys I didn’t watch play. Rodgers has it all. You just have to win one. Very few win one let alone multiple.

Lol talk about lack of clutch. Aaron Rodgers is Marino if Marino won a Superbowl.

You need to post your top 5 if you're going to claim he's not top 5.

This was a discussion of the differences of the regular season statistics. We all agree the 2021 Bills absolutely played better than the 2020 version in the postseason. But in the regular season, that 2020 team was HOT, particularly at the end of the season. They were blowing teams out. The 2021 team was a lot more inconsistent, even towards the end. The numbers bear all of this out.

Think of all the confidence Edmunds in coverage will give Daniel Jones in practice though.

Nakobe Dean and send Edmunds to NY for Bradberry and Barkley. Then trade 2 seconds for Danielle Hunter and baby you got a stew going.

It means rooting for the laundry, but also trying to be as objective as possible. Daboll oversaw the second and third best offenses in the NFL. He was a super hot head coaching candidate for 2 offseason. Sorry for thinking that’s pretty good and that he shouldn’t be fired. And not being sure that Ken Dorsey is going to be way better than that. Do you guys have a meeting where you talk about me? You three are always showing up at the exact same time. @Alphadawg7 can you invite me to the group chat bro?

Do folks not remember 3 picks vs Atlanta? Letting the Jets and Panthers hang around for 3 quarters? Josh was unreal in the postseason so I get it. But we were not firing on all cylinders heading into the postseason. Compared to 2020. Which many people IN THIS VERY THREAD brought up over and over again. These jamokes were trying to fire Daboll at week 12 and now trying to pretend the 2021 offense was a powerhouse all year. You won’t memory hole me @Alphadawg7

Who?

Sounds like a young kid who could use a couple of veteran professional WR’s in a strong character oriented locker room to help him get straight.

Joe Mixon punched a girl. He's in the Superbowl this week.
