Um I would call the Ravens offense being completely outcoached and out gameplanned in the first half a coaching failure. The Ravens in September had us down 21-10 in the third Q. Harbaugh has never beaten an MVP caliber QB in the postseason with a 3 time MVP at QB.

It is a murderer’s row. Honestly, this game was gonna be a referendum on one of the two coaches and one of the two QB’s no matter what. If Josh/McD lost, they were gonna be 0-4 vs Mahomes/Lamar/Burrow in the last 4 years. With Lamar/Harbaugh losing, they are 0-3 against Josh/Mahomes in the postseason. It’s a hard hill to dig out of him. Hell, a good 80% of the mystique of Burrow/Taylor/Lou was that they have beat Josh and Mahomes in the postseason once each lol

There is a very strong case to firing Harbaugh. you keep wondering but going 0fer against similar caliber QBs in the playoffs is kinda exactly why the argument to fire both of them was pretty consistent.

The first half defense was the best defensive half McD has had in the divisional round since 2020. I think we all saw that first LJ TD and thought "here we go again." I'm not sure what you wanted with Hamlin/Bishop on the backend tbh. They forced 3 TO's. The Ravens never had the ball with the chance to take the lead after the 1st Q. It wasn't perfect or pretty, for sure. BB's HoF SB gameplan came down to a missed FG. Doing just enough to beat a great opponent is the way it goes.

I mean, we lost to the Ravens this season, and I saw exactly zero "how did we lose to an RB at QB" posts. I think your post was honestly probably the opinion of 80% if not more of the posters here. Sure there's some vocal dudes who hate him and denigrate it but most folks accept he's a really really good player, even if they prefer Josh.
