  1. It's a symptom of OC's/offenses that get figured out. Chan had Fitzy looking great for 4-5 weeks.
  2. Eat the ball by turfing it immediately, not taking a sack. Live to fight another down.
  3. He has TERRIBLE weapons. We watched Mahomes look worse with also terrible weapons.
  4. OCT got annihilated by a speed move.....again. He is approaching liability status. Shades of that washed up OG a couple years ago.
  5. And when they DO separate by some miracle, they can't track. Just bad players out there.
  6. Didn't the miss out on Reader and the Niners guy?
  7. Cook is gonna puke by the second quarter lol
  8. another Mack deep shot. JAG brigade always (never) delivers.
  9. Just please feed Cook. He is the only one on this offense that's a threat.
  10. Back to back deep shots to completely covered targets on 2nd and 3rd. Drink.
  11. In my defense, there was a 1 hr window between "problems with Doubs" and "Doubs suspended by the team" where I think GB could have been had for a late round pick.
  12. Fair enough but the Niners themselves didn't view Aiyuk as that replaceable when they paid him. I guess the Pats paid a couple OL guys in their day as well though. Certainly food for thought.
  13. The thing is, great, cheap, attitude-free, young players are not commonly sold at the trade deadline. You are going to ALWAYS be shopping for players who are a mix of old, expensive, and disgruntled. Have we seen that play out similarily?
  14. https://www.si.com/nfl/sources-packers-romeo-doubs-skipped-practices-over-frustration-with-role Young, check Immediately WR1 on the team, check Cheap, check What say you?
  15. So here's what happens, chain of events style. Josh Allen was set to cost $47M against the cap in 2024. The Bills restructure into a signing bonus. This brings his cap hit in 2024 to $30M. That cap hit is PUSHED BACK to save money now. It has to be accounted for in the future. All of the teams do this. This is kicking the can. Next, the Bills renegotiate some of his money to increase his cash upfront this season. This does not affect his cap hit this season and decreases his hit in 25, but increases it again down the road. Again, kicking the can. None of the moves done with Josh's contract this offseason increased his cap hit. They did the opposite. And you have to commend the creative accounting, but make no mistake, they are still shuffling Josh's money around to not feel the pain until they have no choice.
  16. This is the opposite of what happened. They restructured Josh to free up space this year, kicking the can down the road. His cap hit jumps in 2025 from $30M to $43M. In 2026, it goes to $63M.
  17. ???? How are Samuel and Shakir the same player? Samuel is the Isaiah McKenzie to Shakir's Cole Beasley.
  18. We started Trent Sherfield on the boundary of a playoff game vs the defending SB champs. And I guess nothing was taken away from that experience. I find myself pining for the days where we kept Marcus Easley 6th WR for ST and 1-5 were kept for their ability to play WR.
  19. The problem with running a no-margin for error offense with only 2 WR's worth a damn is that injuries can strike. Our WR group for Sunday is Coleman, Samuel, MVS and Mack Hollins. Disaster class.
  20. His cap hit is higher next year.
  21. Yeah, the names are kind of annoying. I actually think we miss so much on broadcast by not seeing the safeties though. Worth the tradeoff.
  22. when it says watch, just below are 3 options, main broadcast, espanol and Prime VIsion.
  23. PrimeView is my favorite way to watch currently. Basically All-22 viewing. Great to backseat QB and watch Kirk throw to someone double-covered when someone else is wide-open down the seam.
  24. Let's trade Curtis Samuel for Gabe Davis and ask Goodell for a do-over.
