I saw somewhere that he had one of the highest pass rush win rates in the NFL on Sunday, albeit at a lower snap count then a lot of other individuals. That's got to be encouraging right? I thought he looked decent all day, Murray is just slippery and tough to get your hands on. I expect him to do well against Tua Thursday.
I'm guessing you're being obtuse, but I'm clamoring for the NFL to use instant replay/sky judges in these instances to quickly overturn obviously wrong calls.
This was such a nasty catch.
Can you imagine Allen trying that with Davis? It's probably intercepted.
The Bills still need more talent in the WR room, but Coleman might be an excellent step in the right direction.
I think Miller is actually going to be clutch this game. He was winning his pass rush but Murray was just a hair too fast for him, we don't have that problem with Tua. I think he'll be a difference maker this week.
Bernard better be ready to lock down the middle. To me, that's the two keys to the game: Disruption of timing via edge pressure and locking down the middle of the field to prevent YAC.
I think this applies. NSFW because of language.
EDIT: Just want to say I actually still like WGR and I usually listen to it in my office, but not because it's insightful or great commentary on the Bills.
In the era of instant (and I mean INSTANT) replays that seems like a poor excuse for the officiating staff.
The refs were awful, both teams have a lot to complain about.
Goff is such an interesting QB, because he's not great, but he's not bad, he's just good enough. Enough mental mistakes to make you think he blew the game but also enough talent to keep the game exciting. The dude is like #16 QB personified.
I loathe his basic, low information boring takes on his segment with Schopp & Bulldog. Nothing he has ever said about the current NFL has been remotely insightful.
Sometimes his experiences being in the NFL are kind of interesting, but the dude sounds like walking CTE. Just a meathead.
I was pretty impressed with the run game as a whole (including the Allen rushes). This is a very talented RB room, and I really liked the limited action I saw from Davis.
