  1. Would’ve been more surprising if they didn’t franchise tag him. Most likely will be gone after next season but they get to keep him for one more year before their big salaries get close to kicking in. It will be really interesting to see how much Chase gets when he signs his new deal
  2. So they have a worse cap situation than the Bills and a worse QB that they’re about to pay but they’re in a better position than the Bills for next year? They are cutting one of their better players, another one of their highest paid players will be about for. Good chunk of the year recovering from his injury, it’s possible they lose Wilkins…I don’t see how they are in a better position
  3. Perhaps, but they won’t be able to easily bring back Jones, Snead, and add pieces. They will still have to make decisions
  4. He has also said he wants to be paid-I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he left KC
  5. If there’s one thing the internet does well, it’s complain just to complain
  6. Hahahahaha I love the hate in here! If the Bills had signed him, there would’ve been 3 pages of complaining about his problems, doesn’t know how to hold the ball for kicks, blah blah blah. He signs with the Chiefs and all of a sudden the Bills didn’t sign this all world punter 🤦‍♂️
  7. So the problem with this thinking is you can say literally every year that a team has needs at OL, DL, secondary…any position. At some point a team has to pull the trigger and get your all world QB top shelf weapons and stop expecting him to always elevate lower level guys. I’m not saying they have to get a WR, but you can’t go the Packers model and never use high picks on weapons for your QB
  8. Come on, that’s not how this works around here! Remember, according to some here only the Bills have cap issues, teams like the Chiefs and Bengals never have cap issues, guys to re-sign, everyone will sign with them for cheap. What you guys are saying is complete bull hockey! Get your heads out of your asses and add to the doom and gloom!
  9. Haha I’m not sure you could’ve made a more “get off my lawn” statement if you tried!
  10. So what would your solution have been? Just keep pumping hundreds of millions of dollars into the old stadium? Prices would still increase
  11. On 3rd down yes he could’ve done more, on 2nd down it’s an emphatic NO, he didn’t need to do more. Sure we all see Diggs was open but A) no one knows if he was the first, second, third read and B) if Dawkins holds his block just a half second longer it’s a touchdown
  12. You need to follow your own advice. We all want to see them win, but for you to continue to ignore that there were actually good things about this past season is tired and boring at this point
  13. Uh I looked at the options and I didn’t see the correct answer. I believe they haven’t won because **checks notes for accuracy** Josh hasn’t been able to “mentally over power Mahomes” This is clearly the only correct option
  14. Elam has more interceptions than Burke has touchdowns. That is not a good thing. Why anyone would want to make that trade is beyond me
  15. But here’s where your thinking is flawed. Josh doesn’t play against Mahomes. So you wrote a very long, thought out statement but ignored the most obvious part
  16. It’s amazing the mental gymnastics some people on here do to prop up other coaches (ex:Shanahan) or players (ex: Herbert) while continually putting down the Bills. Especially in this case-getting the job done for most people is winning the Super Bowl. It baffles me that people are arguing that Shanahan is getting the job done according to their own criteria
  17. Come on this is you making excuses for Buffalo’s wins in n the playoffs and justifying another coach who hasn’t done much more than McDermott. You like Shanahan better which is fine, but to make it sound like he is some world beater compared to McDermott is way off the mark
  18. You lost me at McMahon/Ditka….also, this idea that Josh isn’t assertive is not in any way factually correct. Just because he doesn’t lose his #### on his teammates on the sidelines doesn’t mean he isn’t assertive. That’s not his leadership style. Yelling at your teammates doesn’t make you a good leader, people have to get that thinking out of their heads
  19. Right I’m not saying they never did it, but this whole lame “you need to be screaming at your teammates” thing to me is just stupid. Hold your teammates accountable, fire them up, but yelling just for the sake of yelling is dumb. We also don’t know what happens in meetings or on the practice field. But for some because they don’t see Josh yelling at his teammates on the sideline and embarrassing them that makes Josh a bad leader or doesn’t show heart or isn’t a competitor or whatever lame boring narrative they want to put out there.
  20. Jeter, Magic Johnson, Tim Duncan, Drew Brees, LeBron, Joe Montana, Ray Lewis, Wayne Gretzky, Messi….whole lot of great players and champions who didn’t need to cuss out their teammates in a public spectacle on the sidelines
  21. Here we go again with this crap - explain to me why you need a public display on the sidelines of Allen or McDermott embarrassing one of the other players. It's such a old man get off my lawn statement. Yelling at someone on the sidelines doesn't show killer instinct, leadership, drive, that he's hungrier than the other guys, that he's more competitive, etc whatever you want to say. It just shows you can't control your emotions and need to react like a giant baby on the sidelines
  22. I gotta admit, watching how angry some of you get about Taylor Swift actually makes me laugh hysterically. That alone makes the Patriots worse than the Chiefs. The Chiefs could keep winning and I don't think they will ever reach the level of hatred for the Pats.
  23. The Vikings got very little from Walker, meanwhile the cowboys got a couple of hall of famers, a couple of pro bowlers, and 3 super bowls as a result of that trade. While the Bills Obviously haven’t won, they have arguably the 2nd best QB in the league and they got a CB who was an all pro when he was healthy. You’re right that the trades aren’t even close, but not I. The way you’re thinking
  24. The Cowboys and Vikings say hi
  25. As long as it’s not before the 5th round they can take a RB, especially for what they would probably be used as their fiery year. Don’t get me wrong I’m not a “Cook is definitely an all pro” thinker but he definitely adds a dynamic to the team. That being said if he doesn’t show more improvement over the next 2 years I’m also fine with letting him walk once his contract is up
