  1. But his teams haven’t shown up in their biggest, toughest games since he has become the head coach
  2. Yeah that, or, and hear me out on this, he is good enough to make the roster but isn’t good enough to play over the guys in front of him. Unless your against having guys on cheap rookie contracts that can fill in when needed
  3. McDaniel? What has he shown that makes him elite? He’s 0-2 against teams with winning records this year and Miami faded big time the second half of last year when teams figured him out. If he’s elite, what terms are you using for the coaches who are above him, McDermott included
  4. I’ve read it-you said fire Dorsey and bring in a new OC-am I missing something? Can you at least make a suggestion of who they should bring in?
  5. Did you? What did you offer that was “deeper?”
  6. Who are you making inactive so those guys can be active? it’s not modified sports, there aren’t rules that say every guy has to play
  7. I may very well be in the minority, but I would much rather see Elam out on the field than Jackson. Jackson does not provide much in my opinion. He gives such a large cushion he is practically begging the opposing QB to complete 8-10 yard passes. I would rather see Elam out there and have a chance of stopping some receivers right at the line of scrimmage
  8. This is nothing but recency bias. He was playing really well before he got injured last year, AND Groot was playing better because if it. You’re angry he got activated probably before he should have, I get that but people really weren’t saying this before his injury. He impacted several games last season
  9. Why is Allen even in this list? Aren’t there enough who is to blame threads going on right now?
  10. How do you know he doesn’t? Why do you need to see a spectacle on the sidelines? I don’t think Josh had any problem with getting respect from the players. This whole “gotta scream at your teammates on the sidelines” thing is old, boring, tired, played out
  11. $11k? That’s it? Diggs got fined more for throwing beer after a touchdown!!! How do they come up with the fine amounts?!
  12. Well aren’t you just a bowl of sunshine this morning-MOST people will be surprised if the Bills lost today. There is not a position group on the field where the Pats are better. I know hyperbole around here is a lot of fun, but you really missed the mark here
  13. I think for today’s NFL he absolutely is a starter. He can run, he can catch the ball, he has shown to be an adequate blocker. Should he be getting all of the Carrie’s on 3rd or 4th and 1 of course not, but that’s why the Bills have larger back up running backs (and Josh in those situations)
  14. I do understand that part of it. He certainly wouldn’t get nearly as many targets on those teams
  15. Do you honestly think he wouldn’t make those rosters, or are you speaking fanatically? Miami had Hill and Waddle and nobody else, 49ers have Samuel and Aiyuk and nobody else
  16. He had 10 incompletions the entire game-you’re saying he had 7 of them in that 4th quarter? Provide a link to the stats you have for that 4th quarter
  17. Gotta love “complaining just to complain but have no real substance” guy. Fine, I’ll bite-explain to me what any of those guys have done that would put them above Gabe. I don’t want to hear what Gabe doesn’t do, I want to hear what they have done
  18. So admittedly I’m just seeing this thread and have no interest in reading through your other probably not great posts to find out so I’ll just ask-where do you rank Josh among all of the QBs in the league? Clearly you don’t have him ranked very high, is he even in your top 10? I’m not even trying to be condescending, I’m genuinely interested
  19. You said “notable receivers” then go in to name guys like Antonio Callaway, Mecole Hardman, Van Jefferson, Elijah Moore, Rondale Moore, David Bell, do I need to keep going? Then name several WR from this years draft who have done nothing. Notable means they have done something of significance at this point. That is my point. Just naming names isn’t naming notable wide receivers
  20. There are SEVERAL names on this list that are suspect at best, and why do you have any names from this past draft?
  21. I’m so glad everyone in this thread isn’t jumping to conclusions so incredibly fast without actually knowing if it’s true or not!!!
  22. So here’s the way I see it. 6,8,10 years ago, Gabe is easily viewed as a #2 and pretty good one to boot. Unfortunately in today’s game where several teams essentially have a #1 running as their #2 we all see that and we want what those teams have. The idea that the dolphins and Eagles used top 10 picks on #2 receivers is absurd, but it has clearly helped their offenses
  23. Wait, just want to make sure I’m understanding this correctly (honestly not trying to be an ass, just wondering about your timeline). You wish the Bills had signed Miller for less last year with the hopes of signing AJE to an extension?
  24. Don’t know anything about the guy, just looked up his stats. 4th seems pretty steep for a guy with that little production
