  1. Rex has thrown praise towards the Bills for a while now, I don’t think he feels wronged by the Bills at all
  2. Just curious-why is Elam on this list?
  3. Wait so you have a bad feeling about this game because JP Losman threw an interception? Holy crap dude, you need to be able to move on
  4. Wait please tell me this is a sarcastic comment and my sarcasm radar is just way off…you didn’t actually write this with some sort of deep meaning did you?
  5. Hahahahahaha but have been reading this garbage for the first 3 weeks of the season! I don’t mean by the same poster, but it makes me laugh when I constantly read on here “I’m not confident in this game” or “it’s have a bad feeling” then the Bills go out and spank their opponents by like 35 each time
  6. I never blamed the owners, they just stated that the players are always made out to be the enemy by the fans. Maybe some reading comprehension is needed
  7. But again, that’s not his job to take less money. If he takes less money, what’s going to stop teams from telling all of their players to take less money? And if he doesn’t take less money, there will be 50 threads on here talking about how his contract is crippling the team blah blah blah and people will start turning on him. We are all fans of the team and we want the team to do well and that’s why the players end up being the enemy. Fans have no loyalty to the players but then get upset if the players seemingly show no loyalty to the team. Would it be really nice if he took less? Yes obviously, but Beane is paid a lot of money too, make him earn it as well, that’s all I’m saying
  8. So it’s comments like these that always make the players the bad guys. Just because he’s not hurting for money or because his girlfriend makes a lot of money does not mean he shouldn’t get paid what he is worth. Do we all hope he will take a discount, of course but that doesn’t mean he should. It’s not Allen’s job (or any player for that matter) to make sure everything works under the cap. It’s his job to be the best QB he can be and then get compensated fairly in accordance to his peers. If Josh wants $70 million a year no one should hold that against him. The GMs and front office people are also paid a lot of money to make these things work, so let them earn their money as well. I swear being an NFL owner is the best gig in the world. You get to make billions of dollars and when a player wants to make more money somehow they are the bad guy, not you
  9. I don’t know if I have ever seen blocking so bad on an extra point. I know Bass gets a lot of crap around here but the line did him absolutely no favors on that one the other night
  10. Uh oh, looks like Mahomes has a turnover problem in the red zone…is that how this works? You just start saying it until it becomes the narrative?
  11. I don’t think this thinking would happen at all. 0-3, 3-0, 1-2, they know they have to be up playing the Bills next week. Their record wouldn’t have any impact on that
  12. Dude just signed a $275 million contract, he is definitely not getting benched at any point
  13. Who is the kicker you’re thinking of and the Bills are going to trade and player AND a 4th round pick for him??
  14. Hate to break it to you but outside of Baltimore there’s not a team out there that would pick Lamar over Josh. The Super Bowl line is a really lazy attempt at a troll comment-if you’re gonna troll, be more creative
  15. I don’t even think Stroud is top 5, so he’s out
  16. So the “overdrafted” comments are such a joke to me. The only discussion anywhere, here included, was should it be Young or Stroud. So if he was overdrafted, it was by 1 spot-he wasn’t going past 2
  17. It’s nice to see the shine for this guy is wearing off. He has gotten a lot of praise (including on here) and I haven’t understood why. No division titles, no playoff wins, but he keeps getting mentioned as a top coach in the league. Teams have adjusted
  18. This thread is essentially just an extension of that narratives thread-this pretty much literally proves it’s really hard to get over false narratives
  19. And unfortunately Bills fans who see the narrative isn’t true with their own eyes but believe it anyway
  20. Somewhat sarcastic but also somewhat honest question-did you actually watch the game? You’re essentially admitting that all you’re looking at is stats. Doesn’t matter what they actually looked like on the field (which was dominant for the defense, pretty good for the offense) but because the stats don’t back it up, it’s very questionable. Stats wise the Bills were much better week 1, but no one is saying they looked better week 1 than week 2
  21. Me forgetting the Jags game is MNF which means I have to stay up late again
  22. Guys sssshhhhhhh, these comments (and rational thinking) are killing the fake narrative he’s trying to put out there
  23. Yeah you’re right, it’s not like this is his 4th or 5th concussion ever since he entered the league, right? It’s not like his body seized up for the 2nd time, right? And to add onto all of that, they definitely don’t have studies out there about the brain damage 5+ concussions can have on someone and their quality of life later on in life, you know what I mean? You’re right, dude is soft, it’s barely a bump to the head, he should be out there next week or he’s not a real man!!! *insert chainsaws and gun shots noises for extra manliness*
  24. Seriously we are doing this? It’s week 2 and everyone knows it’s week to week. As soon as the Bills lose a game there will be 20 threads calling to fire McDermott, Bills are pretenders, the “I told you so” guys will be back out in full force (again, gotta love those guys)…they have a real tough stretch of games coming up, gotta take it one game at a time we are all feeling good after last night’s game, but let’s slow down a little
