1/18 Texans @ Chiefs divisional playoff thread
Ya Digg? replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall
He also has far more interceptions called back by penalty than anyone else in the league by a WIDE margin. If everyone on here is honest, we all know Josh has benefited from some iffy roughing the passer penalties over the years, but to think that KC hadn’t benefited as much if not more than any other team over the past several years is disingenuous. Going back as far as the AFC championship game between the 2, you could pick almost every passing play by the Bills and defensive holding could’ve been called on the Chiefs. The offensive Offside was so egregious they HAD to make that call against Toney -
I hate reading these comments, the amount of stupidity in them is mind blowing

What about the countless times he wouldn’t shake hands with the other team after a game when they lost? -

This is just recency bias. That was always one of the biggest gripes about Brady, was how much he yelled and complained. He berated refs and his own teammates multiple times every year -
So now you’re suggesting he doesn’t eat?? Great so he goes into team meetings in the afternoon hungry, which means he won’t be able to focus, maybe he gets hangry and yells at a player and now that player doesn’t play as well on Sunday…I can’t believe you would make such a ludicrous statement

The issue is they aren’t fully healthy though. They are down 2 of their top 3 receivers, looks like Mixon will play but he’s hurt, same with Robert Woods. That’s a lot to have to overcome

Damn, I should’ve just gone with yours, would’ve saved me so much time!!!🤣

You’re right, we should get super angry at this! How dare this guy think about his own personal future, go for something that had been a goal and dream of his for probably forever, this dude is so selfish! I don’t even want him coaching tomorrow, he should be fired immediately! Who cares that he knows how to budget his own time, has a much better grasp of what’s going on than any of us, has already put in the work for the game this week, he’s out of control and needs to learn there are consequences for his behavior! I hate this guy and he’s the new Edmunds/Diggs! ANGER I SAY, ANGER!!!! did I do this right?

I know I need to get over it, but I still can’t get over how he lost the Vikings game a couple of years ago

So the city of losers comment doesn’t bother me, but to follow it up with “just stating the truth” is pretty douchey

Rosen was the "Wrong Josh" after all...

Guys on a related note, I just realized Aaron Maybin was also the wrong guy to draft- 83 replies

I feel like they should just designate one day AFC and one day NFC. That way the teams that going to the conference championship games each have the same amount of rest

This is exactly why I wasn’t nervous if the Bengals had gotten in. Good luck with that atrocious defense stopping what the Bills had going today

Has Bills D turned the corner with Milano back to almost normal?
Ya Digg? replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is not an earth shattering revelation, but I think Groot had to have a big game. Not necessarily getting sacks, but he needs to play outstanding in run defense. If he can, that certainly allows guys like Milano to make plays -
Their defense just gave up 250 yards passing to Russell Wilson in one half! Why aren’t any of your comments directed towards the fact that they will have to stop Buffalo as well?
-
I don’t think there’s any way they are not going to put the 2 MVP front runners on during prime time
-
You can’t have 8 teams and the top 2 get byes. Doesn’t work mathematically
-
Well remember, for some reason we can’t count total TDs and total turnovers. We all know that rushing touchdowns and fumbles aren’t real turnovers, according to Lamar apologists
-
Oh they won’t say they are scared, they will say they are being “realistic” or “objective”

Good one, you really got me there with my handle…as opposed to ”Straight Hucklebuck”-that’s some good stuff right there. So here’s the thing with the “keep investing” in weapons comments-THEY HAVE! When Herbert got there, they had several playmakers already, including Ekeler and Keenan Allen. They have used multiple first round picks on offensive linemen and Quentin Johnson. Yes Johnson has been bad, but you can’t say they haven’t invested in weapons. You think Lamar’s just started getting criticized?!?! He has been criticized as much as Allen has! Even on here, how many times have people said he is a running back playing QB
-
I honestly can’t wait to watch the meltdowns and doom and gloom in here over the next week! It’s going to be awesome!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
-
Oh good god, projecting much? I started the thread because Herbert for the most part has been able to escape criticism for much of his career, and my question was why, that’s all. I have even said on multiple occasions that he is incredibly talented. That being said, he is definitely missing that “it” factor, there’s no denying that. At this point, I believe that Herbert has questions to answer-up until this point I don’t think many felt the need to question him

I think it’s crazy how much a team (the Ravens) playing has had such an effect on another team (the Bills) that they aren’t even playing! Every time the Ravens have played well, the general public has held that against the Bills. Clearly it happened with the MVP debate and I can guarantee that the Ravens game last night had had a huge effect on the betting for the Bills game today
