I have even said on multiple occasions that he is incredibly talented. That being said, he is definitely missing that “it” factor, there’s no denying that. At this point, I believe that Herbert has questions to answer-up until this point I don’t think many felt the need to question him

I think it’s crazy how much a team (the Ravens) playing has had such an effect on another team (the Bills) that they aren’t even playing! Every time the Ravens have played well, the general public has held that against the Bills.
