I really think this is one of the reasons that the league has a problem with diversity. It is hard to get a job in the NFL no matter your race unless you have a father who is in that position. It is rampant. Steve Belicheck is another example.

The deeper thing that all the players agree on is that he helped them believe in themselves as individuals and as a team. They respect him so much they will do anything to not disappoint him. I dislike Brady because he consistently beat the Bills but the man is clearly the greatest player of all time.
