Actually someone created a list of famous sports pukers. The Bills have three on the list of 15. Jim Kelly puked before every football game and even basketball games in HS. It became a tradition… and his teammates per him looked at it as a good luck thing. Josh should work on what holds him back but the fact that he gets overly excited is not a deal breaker. I think one of the things that gives me such confidence in Josh is he actively looks for his weaknesses and tries to mitigate them while understanding that you need to balance it with not suppressing the strengths. In listening to his teammates they feed off of his excitement.. mitigate it without killing the good parts of it. He will get there because he WANTS it soooo bad. Go Bills!

The really interesting thing to me is with all of these QBs wanting input and trying to force the HC / GM hands, Josh I think makes recommendations as to people he would like to see the team look at, but isn't trying to dictate final personnel decisions. At lest that is the way it appears. I always thought Aaron griping about his need for better teammates must really rub his actual teammates the wrong way. The Hollister decision seems to indicate that at least.

I think both Fromm and Webb make the Bills PS. I also have a hard time thinking Gentry doesn't find his way on instead of Simms. LB we are a little heavy on the main roster so thinking Lee is the other one from your list left off for Fromm. I agree there will be some we want to keep that are poached for better opportunities to move onto an active roster or PS with higher call-up potential and we will poach a few from other teams. He has been amazing but a couple of caveats 1) it’s preseason 2) to the best of my knowledge I have not seen any moves .. just bull rush and use his long arms and leverage. Good things to use but he will have to develop some other attack moves to become a constant threat. Beane found a freak athlete who looks to be a DROY candidate but the staff has work to do to get him to his potential.
