So you are saying there are three QBs you would take before Allen .. all reasonable choices in my opinion. I personally believe that Mahomes has a better track record .. but all of your selections were upper-echelon guys .. so you may order them one way and I may order them slightly differently, but each of them will have a contract at least as large as Josh Allen's .. so did they overpay? I would say no.

He did carry them .. he hit Diggs in the hands .. super hard catch but going into the wind .. what a pass. He hit Knox in the end zone in the hands .. he broke runs (our leading rusher). If only he could play LB we might not have given up 200+ yards on the ground. At this point you are seemingly just reaching for reasons for him to not be great. He was the offense last night.

I was not a big fan of letting him go … but the fact that the Raiders, Broncos, and Jaguars have all had him on their team and subsequently cut him is shocking and perhaps indicates there is a decline that theBills front office noticed before making the cut. Watched the Pats vs Browns game .. kid seems poised but they definitely have the training wheels on for him. Of his 19 completions, 3 were 10 yards or more and while they were good throws 2 required spectacular catches. On the flip side he had 9 receptions that were less than 2 yards past the line of scrimmage with most of those behind the line. The Pats got their receiving yards on YAC as they showed a very developed screen game (at least against the Browns). The Bills would be wise to challenge him to throw deep (the anti-Patrick Mahommes approach).

Wow .. if he has taken 15 yard boneheaded sacks, given his total sack yardage is 47 I think at most he has 3. There are also no stats for “Holy crap .. how did he avoid that sack” but we have all seen them

well .. if you are going to get rid of the 47 yards of sacks he has taken this year .. you probably need to eliminate several hundred yards of positive play. Tom Brady - 86 Kyler Murray - 157 Ryan "safe" Tannehill - 177 Lamar Jackson 107 Dak Prescott 56 in one less game Bake "checkdown" Mayfield 128 Russ "cookin" Wilson 92 Just to repeat, nobody with over 3 games has less sack yards than Josh even though he extends play after play .. might want to look at it through that lens

Every QB takes some bone-headed sacks .. we are nearly 1/2 way through the season and the opponents have 47 sack yards against us even with all the pressure he receives … seriously impressive! least sack yards given up doesn’t scream to you the dude is good at avoiding sacks?

where did I state it made a difference to the punishment. I specifically stated that he will and should be punished. My whole point, which you are for some reason disregarding, was to reject the statement that he was a "piece of ****" when we don't know jack-diddly about the dude. He was 100% wrong when he got behind the wheel after drinking, he was 100% wrong when he decided to speed .. and the dude will pay for it as will his family and the family of the victim. As for it's "pretty easy to assume" .. it is but an assumption of course is not fact. Just a guess on your part.
