#22 Vontae Davis in white. Sadly I lost it at half-time of a game. Was really looking forward to having that one.

I wonder if the league will provide some incentives to shut the h up in the way of a suspension since he admitted to taking an illegal drug. More of a concern is the young people who will look at his words crediting this drug with his excellent performance. Do young people without all of the benefits of the large network around me him try to emulate him. He is such an oblivious, self-centered (self-love is the nice way to say it I suppose) person. He cannot go away soon enough

Ed Oliver vs Aaron Donald Physical Comparison
CorkScrewHill replied to Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
It would be a long, long way .. I did the calculation and specifically it is 2,612 miles driving between St. John Fisher and the Rams training camp facility. I doubt Sean would allow him to make the trip even if Ed was predisposed to sniffing Aaron's jock. -
Glad he has looked great in camp. One thing that jumped out was just how huge Greg is compared to Ed. Fun watch

Across the League Camp Injury Thread
CorkScrewHill replied to Buffalo Boy's topic in The Stadium Wall
Rams receiver Van Jefferson (had 800 yards receiving last year) seeing a specialist on Monday related to a knee issue. He is expected to be the third starting WR for the Rams this year. I truly Hope he is better by the 2nd week of the regular season https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/van-jefferson-is-dealing-with-a-knee-injury-will-see-specialist-on-monday/ar-AA109G4n -
Astro notes from the session. He provides an assumed depth chart at the end based on what he sees in practice https://buffalofambase.com/2022/07/27/astro-notes-3-july-27-2022-bills/

Across the League Camp Injury Thread

Justyn Ross who was a receiver many fans wanted as he was projected as a 2nd rounder by many services, but fell out of the draft entirely. He had supposedly looked good in mini-camp. Another tough break for a kid who going into April thought he would be wealthy. https://www.kshb.com/sports/chiefs-wr-justyn-ross-out-for-season-with-foot-injury -
Tommy Doyle Ride-along video driving to camp in a Buffalo Bills truck. Nice truck

Jordan Palmer had been asked about Kyler, and historically he has been very hesitant to speak ill of any quarterback, but he did indicate that he would tell a QB not to act like Kyler does, but he is skilled and it is working so he can get away with it. Starts at 4:20. My take is when his game falls off he will fall from the league quickly.

Two people referenced Quessenberry running with the 1s and Spencer Brown with the 2s. That is a surprise to me. I thought Brown was very respectable last year.

League: - Jalen Ramsey will be asked 100 questions before the first game if he still thinks JA17 is still trash. He will respond with nice words and make some comment about that is why he is not a scout. - Darnold will start the year for the Panthers though Baker will take over by mid year. - Vikings will win the NFC North - Bengals will return to the AFC Championship Bills - Gabe Davis will be a top 15 yardage receiver - Bills will not be blown out by anyone this year and will be 3-3 (last year 0-6) in one score games - Jordan Phillips will have at least 6 sacks - buffalo Bills will be in the top 10 of YAC after being dead last a year ago Bonus - Sean McDermott will develop carpal tunnel from repetitive hand motion and blunt force trauma due to excessive clapping

I know Mac Jones Oops .. he actually went with one Joshua Allen without hesitation though he stated he hated to state it. Talked about his growth and his very evident leadership. This would be great coming from a teammate .. but teammates say those things as do opponents who are trying to avoid bulletin board material. It is far more compelling IMHO coming from somebody who played for a hated rival and is now on the outside.

I think it is more about people had “graded” him highly in the draft to the point that they skewered Beane when we drafted the wrong Josh(Alllen). I am certain most are now thrilled we landed Allen but a part of them still want to be right about the chosen one Rosen

I don't believe I have seen this on the board, but I did a quick review of Josh during 1:00 pm games and those outside the 1:00 pm Sunday slot and it is a significant difference. 1 pm games (12) - 61.8% completion, 23 TD, 11 Int, 86.85 passer rating Non-1pm games (7 includes playoffs) - 69.6 completion, 22 TD, 4 INt, 116.67 passer rating - would have been higher without the cyclone game against the Pats Other interesting notes: 1) Of the 7 non 1 pm games 5 were on the road and all 7 opponents were considered possible playoff contenders. 2) The team only went 3 - 4 in these non 1pm games in spite of Josh's play.

He was a solid player for us. I worry for him that sometime down the road he will end up with CTE and all that goes with it. hoping for a happy retirement

Goes to show how draft prognostications are pretty useless. I remember wanting the Bills to draft one of the exceptional WRs in the 2020 class and one by one they came off the board until in the 4th round after most were poached the Bills were on the clock and at least Liberty's Gandy-Golden and the Bills instead picked the wrong WR some guy I had heard little about .. rated the 25th best receiver by Sports Illustrated .. Gabrial Davis UCF. Now, other than Jefferson with Minnesota who is outstanding and maybe Cee Dee Lamb, I would not want any of the other guys over Gabe. He is 100% baller.

They do an excellent job .. Nice video to get the blood pumping
