Thing is Minny has Smith, Williams and Moore in addition to Bennett. They don't need another back. -
I've seen it before, but I still bust a nut, "Burger King...where all Dragon Masters go to eat." "You are a super-nerd assembled from lesser nerds."

So who's having the T-shirts made up? I'm in for a few.

Anyone think this isnt the new bubonic plaque?

A little while back I was talking to a friend who works for the CDC. He mentioned that AIDS hadn't really escaped the homosexual and drug abusing communites like the original infection models predicted (here in the USA). I though that was interesting...not saying heterosexuals can't get it. I think we all realize that. Unfortunately, I havn't any real facts to back it up. Just info taken from a conversation. -
Arizona back in the running

Actually the Cards O-Line is considered to be pretty solid by most experts. Heck, Emmitt is 90 years old and he almost ran for 1000 yards behind them. -
Jump a little farther next time Timmy and make sure your shoes are tied. And remember...get your whole head in front of the shotgun and thanks for playing. The whole thrill seeking aspect doesn't really bother me. Humans have always engaged in such activities going all the way back to "poke the tiger with the stick." However, I believe the father bringing up the lawsuit and the attorney who agreed to take it should turn in their planet Earth membership cards. Too bad Moses broke the first set of Commandments, because I'm sure this one was on there: Thou shall not blame others for thy own mental shortcomings.

Axing the Weasel??? or BM?
-
BMI and other gov't weight standards completely disregard any sort of athletic competency. I'm 6', 230lbs with 12% bodyfat*, giving me a BMI of over 31, so I'm considered obese. I'll second jzmack's stance. I weightlift 4-5 times a week, play hockey three times and throw in a couple cardio days. BMI was created so someone could push their agenda. *Checked 2 mos ago right before Turkey Day so I'm not responsible for accuracy

My favorite used to be to just stand there and take it with a glazed look in my eyes. Once they finished yelling, snap out of your "trance" and say "Sorry, did you say something?" Good times, but now that I'm edumacated and work for the man, that probably won't fly.

Dirty Dee, you're a baddy daddy lamatai tebby chai! -
Kevbeau...take one annoying girlfriend who calls all the time...add sarcastic roomates, as in "Oh Kevbo...Jenny's on the phone again." and there you go. The name actually stuck and most of my college buddy's still call me Kevbo. The beau came in when I found out that Kevbo is often already registered as a user name. Some of my favorites from friends and acquaintances through the years: Goph (short for gopher)...my brother's. He's almost 30 and everyone but his wife and my mother still calls him that. I like it. My favorites are the ones that you know are personalized but have no f'n clue what they're supposed to mean.

Is that sarcasm I hear? "But a U.S. appeals court based in Atlanta upheld the law by a 2-1 vote. " - Yeah, these judges probably can be found hanging out on Cheshire Bridge Road come nightfall. Atlanta is loaded with sex stores.

Everyone in the DC area has a personalized plate. I think they come with Happy Meals.

Samoans...although they went PC and they're not called Samoans anymore. I guess they found it potentially insulting to allude that Samoans live off coconuts. -
[OT] Itemized deductions for college students.
Kevbeau replied to jarthur31's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Depending on their adjusted gross income there are a number of avenues to pursue. Deduction for loan interest. Hope credit Lifetime learning credit Deduction of tuition In certain situations you can also deduct books, mileage to & from school, etc...depending on whether the schooling is required to keep your job, qualifies you for another job...(there's a whole myriad of siuations, very grey area). You can find this info pretty easily online and most online filing software will do it automatically for you. I'd post more in depth, but had a some dinner with my wine tonight -
Big name players will still earn high contracts. It's the mid-range guys making inflated salaries that will be affected the most and rightfully so. (See Martin LaPointe)

Last Ditch Meeting To Save Hockey Season
Kevbeau replied to millbank's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
OK, it was Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the SEC from 1993 to 2001 who did the audit. Here's a little blurb on it: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2005/writ...ckout.glossary/ Audit: Commissioner Gary Bettman and NHL owners spent $1 million for an "audit" of league finances by Wall Street icon Arthur Levitt. Relying on Levitt's "audit," owners claimed losses of $273 million in the 2002-03 season and another $223 million last season. The Levitt "audit" actually is a review of league finances. It lacks the certifications of a typical corporate audit, and it fails to document income from luxury boxes, club seats, arena advertising and naming rights. Instead of resolving financial issues, it has added new issues and added to player suspicion. (See also entry for "Trust.") -
Last Ditch Meeting To Save Hockey Season

I thought they did this??? I think they got Clinton's Sec. of Treasury to audit the books and report his findings. The NHLPA's response was that he was lying because the owners paid him. -

Might be an offset to the glut of boomers pulling money out of the market when they retire. I'm not knowledgeable enough on the ramifications to make predictions and I imagine most boomers would leave the bulk of their investments in the market, albeit they'll probably move the bulk of their money into safer stocks. I listened to an economics professor last semester (going back for my MBA) lecture on the negative affects of the mass retirement we face...However, it was obvious he definitely had a biased slant towards the US. I believe he was Dutch.

11.) Earl Campbell He is by far my favorite runner to watch highlights of. Nothing like watching Earl punishing some DB with half a jersey hanging off him.
