I think Cooper would definitely help Allen elevate his play more, I understand fans frustration with Cooper as he can disappear in some games but I don’t necessarily think that’s all his fault I think it’s due to the QBs he played with, presscott leans on Elliot to help him out and Derek Carr cant read defenses to save his life and has been already deemed a bust by Raider fans. I think Josh could be what Cooper needs in a QB and Cooper is what Josh needs in a number 1 receiver, thoughts ?

Do we really need a power back?

It’s a fantasy but I wish there was a time machine so we can go back to 1973 and get OJ in his prime to play with our team. I don’t care for OJ but he was the best RB we’ve ever had besides Thurman -
I have to disagree I feel Allen was more pro ready than Rosen was, Allen came from unknown school and didn’t have anyone to throw to while at Wyoming. Rosen had a bunch of talent as UCLA and struggled, Allen has better body language and is a far better leader than Rosen. Also the thing that’s killed Rosen is his inability to read a defense. I watched him plenty in Miami this year and he was beyond terrible. Fitz did more with less than Rosen did. Even Brian Flores Said Rosen wasn’t ready and criticized his play and body language in the pre season, For crying out loud he couldn’t even beat out Fitzpatrick in competition

Hey remember Jim Kelly wasn’t always perfect either and had plenty of What the Fuuu...” type of plays almost all the time lol. I’m sure we’ll see a 300-400 yard passing game from him, he has the talent to do it. He just needs a number 1 receiver, I say we go after Cooper since Dallas is letting him go

Honestly though, due to Rosen not being mobile we probably would’ve been worse in 2018 and Arizona likely would’ve been better in 18. Allen elevated his play last year and got better as the season went on in 18 where Rosen regressed and got worse as the season went on in 18. I think Allen was more pro ready than Rosen, Rosen likely would’ve benefited by being red shirted and watched and learned from the vet QB from the sideline. Arizona ruined him by throwing him in too early

True, but then again Fitzpatrick was able to win 5 games and threw for over 20 tds with the lack there of talent in Miami and Rosen didn’t even throw one TD and threw 4 picks and didn’t win one game and got benched in favor of Fitz. Like someone on this board said, I think he’s damaged goods at best at this point

Browns likely to release DE Olivier Vernon

Would definitely take him over Murphy, that guy in a lot of ways has been a disappointment -
Josh Norman in Buffalo?
BuffaloBills1998 replied to Gmoneybills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He can work in the right system and he worked very well when McD was his DC in Carolina, that Defensive unit was a top 5 when Norman was there and quickly dropped down to top 15-20 after Norman and a couple of other guys left. McD and Beane know how to handle Norman. I would welcome him in Buffalo. He didn’t for Washington’s system plus Washington didn’t have a good team around him -
Was wondering what your guys reaction would’ve been if we had taken Rosen instead of Allen. I love Allen and was very happy that we took him, never liked Rosen in college as he reminded me too much of Cutler and Jeff George without the rocket arm. I think personally it would’ve set us back if we’d made that move. Thoughts??

We should get him, good depth signing and he could be a good rotating player -

Well I guess we can’t call Thurman out of retirement lol. I see Brandon Beane going after Melvin Gordon or maybe we go after Gurley if Rams decide to part ways with him -
I’m sorry I have to disagree about dungy, he was a very good HC and a lot better than Gruden in my opinion. After winning the SB Gruden thought he knew everything and gut the whole team thinking it was for the better and they only got worse. He avoided years of drafting a QB and was always going after the game managers thinking he could replicate his success that he had with both Gannon and Johnson with anyone. Anyone remember Garcia or Brian Griese lol
-
Gruden in my opinion is right there with Fisher and Jauron, the only thing he has is that 1 Super Bowl and that’s it. Gruden statistically is barely above the .500 mark and Fisher is right below him. Gruden is and always has been overrated to me. Had a good couple years with Oakland, won a Super Bowl with Dungy’s team and didn’t do worth of ***** after that. And to top it all off he traded up for Cadillac Williams over Aaron Rodgers ????. Nuff said

I think your looking too much into that lol. No where did he say he wasn’t a fan of Allen’s. I’m glad we didn’t get Olson guys always hurt and isn’t productive anymore
-
Exactly, guy hasn’t played a full season in like 2-3 years lol

Why does it make you think that? I take it your not a fan of Allen I see
