  1. You know Chuck is serious based on his balled fists, arm pumping, and f-bomb. They don’t come any more authentic than The Cheeseburglar.
  2. What are some of the things you love the most about him?
  3. Good catholic/babykiller bringing it strong!
  4. Nobody read this in the other thread either but thanks for sharing.
  5. Not partisan math. Just facts. A handful of dems have already voted for the CR - just as they did earlier this year. Rand Paul has voted against. Everyone knows this. If Paul changes his mind that leaves only five more dems needed. If those 5 eventually do the right thing and it’s the republican holdout that stands in the way, I will gladly vilify him.
  6. “Republicans need to be unifiers” -milfandcookies
  7. Congress, the body, has shut down many times prior and will do so many times in the future. My demanding they bend to my will isn’t going to change that. The only power I have is exercised in the voting booth - and at NO KINGS rallies. Dems voted for a clean CR earlier this year. The current shutdown is 100% on them and they need to end it. The comparison you draw in your first paragraph is idiotic. Yet such is the power of the filibuster.
  8. My sincere apologies. Didn’t mean to trigger you. Can you believe it’s only 6 democrat jackasses that stand in the way of military folks and air traffic controllers getting paid? Don’t even get me started on SNAP.
  9. The only thing standing in the way of congress doing their job is 6 democrat senators willing to put country over party and voting exactly as they did earlier this year.
  10. 🚨Political cartoon trigger alert🚨
  11. You seem a little sensitive. Is it because democrats are shooting themselves in the balls with the shutdown? Hang in there lil fella.
  12. The tweet you shared has it as “wondering”. Therefore you are an innocent dupe who cannot be expected to know better. No harm no foul.
  13. I always thought it was “wandering” around. Like Art. Learn something new everyday!
  14. Eggs -1.3% YoY. You should have just said “general food prices”. I guess it seemed cuter to say “eggs”. How fun. Another good day for those with 401k’s. That’s a boatload of people.
  15. Sounds like it would be OK to roll back the Covid-era subsidies then. Hopefully there are six more Democrat senators that agree.
  16. Thank you for going on record as supporting healthcare subsidies for those families with annual incomes up to $600,000. This situation is clearly not a tax giveaway to the rich apparently.
  17. Sounds like you are in support of providing healthcare subsidies to families with an income of up to $600,000. Seems a little at odds with the normal tax whining you do but that’s part of your schtick.
  18. That’s the thing. Nobody is getting their healthcare taken away. Democrats put in a deadline for Covid era subsidies to go away, and that deadline is approaching. I guess your guys effed up when they put that deadline in. Hopefully there are six more Democrat senators that come to their senses. All we can do is hope. as an aside, do you support the Covid era subsidies? Those subsidies make a family of four earning up to $600,000 a year eligible for subsidies. Seems kind of crazy for someone from the “tax the rich” party to approve of that.
  19. A mere six democrat senators stand between people starving and eating. Let’s hope at least six of them put country over party. Sad. Very sad.
  20. He’s come off as totally believable. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽
  21. You’ve been largely silent of late. Did you wear yourself out with the constant melodramatics? Or are you settling on another house?
  22. Democrats have effed up everything healthcare related and are now looking to save face - by having republicans give them what they want. The party is an embarrassment. The largest government employee union seems to agree. https://www.cato.org/blog/end-obamacares-welfare-wealthy-covid-credits As Paragon Health Institute scholar Brian Blase points out, a family of five with a 60-year-old household head in Prescott, Arizona, for example, can make $500,000 per year but still qualify for an $8,423 subsidy, and their eligibility would not fully phase out until their income exceeds $599,000. Similarly, a married couple in West Virginia making $580,000 and a single individual in Vermont making $180,000 could both qualify for subsidies. Something about tax giveaways to the rich. Sigh.
  23. Jack-booted thugs. Sad!
