In all fairness, I’ve seen people use Uncle Tom before and I’ve also seen people “make note” of interracial marriage as you have done. It’s always been abhorrent whether it was from an enlightened blue stater or a red state hillbilly.

You never answered the question about what makes you wise enough to declare another an Uncle Tom. That’s not even a dog-whistle (one of the blue teams favorite terms/accusations). Easier to just respond with laughing emoji’s when you expose yourself in that way. All in good fun.

I see NPR declaring the matter of no interest and not worthy of considering. I see the hard hitting investigative journalists at 60 minutes declare nothing to see here. All we have to do to make it so is redefine the word censorship and make it mean capitalism. Right?

censorship 1. the suppression or prohibition of any parts of books, films, news, etc. that are considered obscene, politically unacceptable, or a threat to security. You should consider freshening up on your understanding of censorship. The “questionable” story was actually quite true and very newsworthy. It was suppressed due to it being politically unacceptable to the vast majority of media (traditional and social) and those they make no secret of supporting. If you view that as capitalism rather than censorship you will certainly be breaking new ground in the use of the language.

Twitter and Facebook made it such that the Post story could not be shared. Twitter locked the Post account unless they deleted their tweets regarding the very true laptop story. Virtually every other major media outlet joined the pack with glee. Do you truly have a hard time understanding how that is censorship?

I don’t think there’s a lot of people suggesting otherwise. The problem was people like you cheering on Joe Biden as people lost their jobs over vaccine mandates and to this day trying to defend it by declaring people stupid and selfish….only to pivot to different strokes for different folks because the science is evolving. Unbelievable. I imagine the next argument is “nobody forced those people to work in those jobs that required coerced vaccines”. Have at it.

It’s a shame all those European nations and institutions are hellbent on self destruction with their stupidity and selfishness even if you won’t admit that’s the case.
