Those are mediocre to slightly above stats. Nowhere close to elite. 16 games played, 18 qb hits, 31 tackles, 1 forced fumble and 6.5. Shaq Lawson. Is/was Shaq Lawson a force to be reckoned with?They both have very similar stats and Shaq was a rotational player.

Penny is an injury prone back that could easily be replaced with a mid rounder in the draft. Murphy is a descent, albeit overpaid DE that would be a tough replacement with no 1st rounder this year. I think with the above trade Buffalo would not be gaining anything but if they kept Murphy and just drafted a RB then they come out ahead

No. We don't need the cap space unless we sign Clowney(hope not) and RBs are worth a penny. Just draft one to play alongside Singletary.

If this is true, then he has to go. In today's modern game a team needs to be able to score 24 points. I can think of one team in the past 20 years in the 'modern' era that won the Super Bowl scoring 17 points a game (Baltimore). I don't know any other field in life where a person looks at the past 20 years and chooses to go the 1 in 20 route to be successful. ?
