    I, for one, don't blindly defend the Bills - this year for me has been largely unsatisfying for several reasons I just happen to disagree with the line of reasoning that suggests the Bills SHOULD win due to SB odds, power rankings, or any other subjective gobbledygook...

    The Bills self-inflicted mistakes are no doubt a contributing factor. You've given very good examples. The point I was trying to make is that I think it's disingenuous for someone to say "the Bills are beating themselves" as the only reason they are losing. They got their a**es handed to them Sunday.

    I think the Colts would disagree. They beat the Bills like a drum in all 3 phases of the game. It's getting a bit cliche at this point to say the Bills are beating themselves.
