We lost one of our starters and the other is injured. Yea lets just roll into the season like that. Dane Jackson isn't horrible and still has room to get better but he definitely isnt good enough to go into the season as the only starting option. CB was definitely a huge hole compared to the other positions, and I think a lot of people overthought it.

How it is zero sense to secure a player at need that you would love to have on your team. You are basically saying am I willing to lose this player over a 4th? Beane knew he needed this player and made it happen. Its pretty simple.

Do we really? Diggs isn't even getting enough targets. Beasley has games where he isn't targeted. Gabe Davis isn't getting much burn at all and it isnt because of lack of talent. Where are these footballs that are left to catch?

I honestly just don't see it as a good fit. He needs to be somewhere he can be featured. We cant even get the ball to Diggs enough right now. Imagine throwing Beckham in the mix. Not worth the risk IMO. Josh also loves to run, so isn't like we have a QB who throws all game either.

Browns were very successful without him last year.
