Tyrod was not very good. Jackson is no more talented than Michael Vick. Vick was a super talent. The difference is defenses can't hit quarterbacks any longer so they can survive a season of scrambling. Just a couple years ago Jackson would be beaten into the ground every time he ran. The playoffs will be different. Defenses get a lot faster and referees let defenses hit quarterbacks. Guys like Jackson and even Josh Allen will think twice about running when the playoffs start. It is a different sport in January.

The NFL will figure out Jackson and make him pass. It is just a matter of time. The real flaw with Jackson and Josh Allen types is teams will start hitting them and punishing them. It is coming. When the playoffs start Jackson and Allen (if he gets there) will live or die via the pass. Not overly bullish on either putting together a few playoff wins in a row. They are going to be punished in the playoffs. The speed of defenses gets A LOT faster.

Can the Detractors Now Admit Allen's Growth?
BITE ME replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Allen gets hot and stays hot (consistency is key) the Bills will be very tough to beat in the playoffs. If he can get some confidence by getting into the playoffs and beating someone like the Texans, watch out. A hot Allen and a hot defense and the Bills will be really tough. You never know. -
3-3 over next six games and we make playoffs

Seems pretty simple for 10 wins. Win at Dallas or at Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh looks like best shot. Broncos W Cowboys L Ravens L Steelers W Patriots L Jets W -

Denver is a good football team. Just like the Eagles. -
Week 11: Bills at Dolphins - Spread: Bills -6.5
BITE ME replied to SlimShady'sSpaceForce's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah, but if the Bills lost a road game to a bad Dolphins team they could rebound at home. I just can't see how they rebound from a home loss to the Broncos with the Cowboys on the road on 4 days rest, then Baltimore at home, and then Pittsburgh and New England on the road. It looks like a guaranteed 5 straight losses. -

The Bills will beat the Dolphins. IMO it is Denver at home that will determine the season. Denver is a good team. A loss there could be the beginning of the collapse. Denver, Dallas, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Patriots is a brutal stretch. They could easily drop 5 straight and will be underdogs in 4 of them. -
The finish line may be week 18, it may be a wild card game, or whatever, but it is time to give this kid 25+ touches a game via runs or passes. I don't care if Gore never touches the ball again. It is time to ride the young running back and see just how far he can take the offense.

Not a huge fan of Trump, but this whole things seems to be about a bunch of people upset and saying "that isn't the way things are done." Who cares how things have been done in the past. He is a new President and should be able to do whatever he wants. That includes holding up $$$ to investigate someone, even if it is a political rival. There is nothing illegal about holding up aid to investigate corruption.

Last Offensive All-Pro from the Bills 1991
BITE ME replied to BITE ME's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is right. Dareus and Williams were last all-pros in 2014. No Offensive all-pros since 1991. -
Yes. I have given up. I am no longer delusional enough to believe the Bills can beat a good team. They just are not very good. I have to agree with Terry Bradshaw.
-
People wonder why the Bills have not been good since the 1990's, it is because they have had no talent. Unless this team goes out an gets some "real" offensive talent, this team is never going anywhere. You will never win a super bowl with a bunch of mediocre skills position players and a mediocre offensive line. Last All Pro from the Bills Offense 1991. That is nearly 3 DECADES. Amazing.

What Was The Worst Thing About Today's Loss?
BITE ME replied to Peace Frog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bills lost to a 2-6 team. They now can't even beat losing teams. -
What is so dumb? They don't have the talent to compete with good teams.
