I dont understand the people that say "crowded TE room" if most of the TE's in that room are below average you make a move!

During the Brandon Beane zoom video he mentioned the Bills "looked at other receivers and some were traded out of conference". I feel he definitely made a push for Hopkins but Bill O'Brien wanted him out of the conference entirely.

With limited upgrades available at QB in FA, I still believe we have to bring in competition for Matt Barkley. If Flacco would come cheap I would certainly take him. Would you sign a QB In free agency or draft a QB this year in the later rounds of the draft?

All our TE'S combined are no where near as good as Delanie. Knox has shown potential. Why cant you have potential and experience at the TE spot? Youth is great but a savy vet that knows his role, how to get open and is good at catching and blocking I would take for 1 year easily.

Tyler Kroft on his best day is not better than Delanie Walker on his worst day. We all know why Croom is still around, Lee Smith is purely a blocker and I am fine with Sweeney. I like Sweeney as a development TE going forward. As of right now I would get Walker even as a red zone threat is better than all we have. We can rotate him in to extend his career at least for 1 year he doesn't have to play every snap.

I feel we should at least bring him in on a cheap 1 year deal. I know he is older and coming off an injury but this staff and front Office has made this type of move in the past. I don't feel it would hurt to have a solid vet like Delanie and Dawson knox at TE.

Jordan Phillips is the perfect example of what Sean Mcdermott echoed at the combine, "come to buffalo to be the best version of yourself". Phillips went from being a bust/cancer in locker room arguing with the head coach in Miami to being a better teammate, more productive player in Buffalo which in turn got him this new contract!

Why do people keep comparing this trade to the Texans trade??? Just because Bill O'Brien is terrible at his job does not mean everyone else is. Texans undervalued their asset and it has nothing to do with what the Bills gave up for Diggs. Also their is no indication if Texans wanted to trade Hopkins within AFC.

Any chance the Bills try and trade for Melvin Gordon now?
