The way Allen overthrows the long throws makes me miss Marquise Goodwin. Maybe he would have been fast enough to catch a few.

I'm looking forward to when Josh grows older and loses a bit of his arm strength. ALL those long throws will just perfect then.

The defense played really well except on that long TD. The offense was awful in the first half and a little better in the second. Allen did not have a good game but his receivers sure didn't give him much help. Several drops that shouldn't happen as well as several throws that were just bad. Flags, flags, flags... Seemed like there were flags on pretty much every play. I hate games like that. We've now lost to the Patriots and the Ravens, two of the best teams this season, in games where we had the ball and could have scored for a win or a draw. That's not that bad. It's not good enough, but this season sure is a step in the right direction. Hopefully Josh keeps improving and start making those longer throws. It really sucks that had they just played okay in the first they could have won this and silenced all the Ravens hype.

Okay, we've seen the mr Hyde version of Josh, now give us the dr Jekyll one! We've seen this many times before this season, where the offense is awful for a large part of the game and then, suddenly, wakes up. If that happens today the Bills have a chance to win this because the defense is doing really well.

The whole team started slow, but once they got going they never stopped. Allen was close to perfect today. His passing was on point and add to that a rushing TD and that hulk mode conversion on 4th & 1. Also nice to see Foster back so soon. Hauschka had a bad game. One can excuse the missed field goal, one can even excuse a missed extra point a few times per season, but back to back in a very important game...? It stings. Then we had the one that hit the post and went in... Hopefully that was the turning point and he'll be solid from now on. Hopefully. Great game!

The ref must keep track on both if the feet are in bounds and if the catch is made. It's probably hard to call in the heat of the moment. How many of us knew before the replay? It will be overturned so no damage done.

They looked pretty good yesterday, as well as the week before. But it's not that long ago they didn't. The offense has been inconsistent but I like all the pieces and I think they're headed the right way. The long TD pass by Allen yesterday is something I've been wanting to see the entire season.

It's still very few kicks for a period of 3 hours. Compare it to any soccer player. They can't be overworked.

I like that the big Steelers dude just took Garrett down and calmly laid on top of him so he couldn't keep fighting. The other Steelers dude really wanted to punch and kick Garrett's helmet though...

Today's game was a bad one, but so were the games against the Dolphins, the Eagles and the Redskins too. The defense is not as solid as it once was and the offense struggles even more than it did before. I'm not sure this team reaches the playoffs if this doesn't change. We can't count on safeties and recovering our own forward fumbles as offensive weapons.

Damn, the D got off the field. Now there's no chance we score...

This feels like the old days with EJ and when Fitz had his bad days. Nothing happening on offense at all. Nothing. Extremely frustrating.

You hear and read a lot about the Bills' fantastic fans but if you just look at this board, a very large portion seems like really negative people. After decades of failure, 5-2 with a young QB isn't good enough for you? You think we're going to be rock solid every game? Very few teams are. Think of your expectations before the season started and look at this 5-2 from that perspective. When our defense is hot we can beat any team. If you look at 5-2 and see a future 5-11then you have a problem with your attitude.

Defense didn't show up, offense didn't show up. It happens to everyone except the Patriots. If they lose to the Redskins next week, THEN we can start crying.

Defense has been great, Hauschka is doing well with the kicking, Bojangles is punting just fine. I just wish we'd score more points. It would be less nervous that way.

He's the comeback king. The Pats saved their win when they knocked him out. Being down one TD with a couple of minutes left is what Allen does best. It's almost like he doesn't know how to win unless he's behind. Like a fighter who doesn't get going until he gets punched in the face. I like Allen a lot!

The OL looked good most of the time I think, but it seemed the receivers couldn't get open. Allen had time, but no one to throw it to, or he threw it off target.

I think Zay is an okay player. I also think an okay player is not good enough. If we had a superstar receiver then an okay one in his shadow might be okay, but we don't.

Does anyone else remember a questionable hit on Barkley later in the game or did I dream that? It didn't cause any injury and the commentators hardly mentioned it, but I remember thinking "Oh hell, who's our third QB?".

Every game has more or less looked like this. The Bills shoot themselves in the foot and have to come from behind to win. Today they were up against a better team than previously, but ***** it if they wouldn't have turned it around in this game as well hadn't it been for the injury to Josh Allen. Clean up the mistakes and this is a darn good team. The defense is awesome and the offense has potential. The Patriots only scored a field goal in the last three quarters.

In every game so far this season there has been periods of really bad play. And then we make a great comeback and win! Too bad we're facing the Patriots today... And from what I've heard, they're pretty good.

This game was over in the first half, the only question was how big the Bills' win would be. Then both the defense and offense fell apart. One of them, fine, still a win, but both...?
