  1. Personally I don’t understand why 10 million dollars per year is not enough money for anyone. How much damn stuff do you need? And it’s not like they can’t afford good financial advisors. Insisting on being paid 35 million per year instead of 30 or whatever is just greedy.
  2. I expect them to win the division. After that, anything can happen. My expectations are lower than after last year’s exit, and maybe that’s a good thing.
  3. For having the league’s most spectacular QB Dorsey sure made the offence very bland. Daboll was frustrating at times but the offence as a whole was much more fun with him.
  4. And every bit of the success the team has had since they took over is also on them.
  5. You’ll be a marvellous GM once you get that crystal ball working.
  6. Wasn’t it the same guy who just got tackled over the sideline going backwards not stopping the clock?
  7. Can’t blame this on weather, refs or anything really. Bengals were better at everything in this game. It was like a natural strongman going up against a roided one. Or a regular chess player against one with Asperger.
  8. Didn’t he really push for the Dorsey hire?
  9. We have Josh but that’s all I know for sure. Poyer and Hyde were great last season but injured a lot this one. Tre came back as a pale copy of himself. Von got injured. Gabe regressed. Singletary is dependable but no world beater. Cook, Shakir and Elam look alright. Groot and the other young players didn’t level up as much (or at all) as I’d hoped. Bass is great and the punter is good. O-line is weak. We rarely get sacks. Running backs seem to do as they please against us. I really like Milano. Wouldn’t mind a new OC and a new DC. When was the last time we drafted someone who became an instant success, like Metcalf? Looking forward to the draft now. it’s half past one at night and I have Covid.
  10. Last season every now and then there was an offensive play that felt really inventive. Like a backwards pass to a receiver and then a forwards pass back to Josh for a TD. This season has had none of that. I miss that. Maybe Dorsey will improve in his second season and he’s clearly good enough to get us to the playoffs, but that’s not enough anymore.
  11. It wouldn’t surprise me if he’s still somewhat bothered by the elbow injury. He is the one player on the team I’m not worried about.
  12. McD and Beane have created a culture that the players love. Dorsey and Frazier have systems that sometimes really make the opponents look superhuman. I wouldn’t be upset if Dorsey and Frazier both leave.
  13. We’re going to need some luck to have a chance today it seems. An interception or two. The best thing the Bills have done so far is when Josh threw the ball away before being sacked on that last play. Nothing working so far.
  14. A serious question, have you ever been right? I mean, about anything in your entire life? I kind of find that hard to believe.
  15. Activate Christian Wade!!
  16. It kind of breeds bad habits if you have to pick up your phone every couple of minutes because there’s a break in the thing you’re watching on TV. But to answer your question, no, no one is forcing me to watch commercials. Quite the opposite. We have laws that regulate the number of minutes per hour there can be commercials and how often you can have those breaks. Unfortunately I watch the same broadcasts you do, but online.
  17. True, but you’re still watching sports. You’re still watching the team you care about trying to beat another team. Your NOT watching celebrities selling insurance or bad skits about mobile phones, things you really don’t want to watch at all.
  18. For us Europeans who are used to soccer the amount of commercial breaks in a football game is absurd. It’s more commercial than game. If you go get food or to the bathroom every time there is a commercial you’re probably both obese and have bladder problems. It’s a bit much to be honest.
  19. The defence wasn’t ready so he called a timeout. I’m hindsight it’s easy to say it was wrong but at the moment it was the right thing to do. It’s not a difficult thing to understand. The same coaching staff that won the AFC east again and who take the team to the playoffs every year. Incompetent dumbasses, the lot of them.
  20. Josh needs to stop giving the ball away. Two interceptions and three fumbles today, was it? Sure, all of them weren’t his fault and all of them didn’t end up in Miami’s hands, but still not good enough. Third string QB or not, Thompson played quite well even though Waddle couldn’t catch anything today.
  21. The commentators sound like they’re doing commentary for a spring training baseball game.
  22. Maybe the protective gear has slimmed down to a point where this could happen. Both the shoulder pad being small enough to make a “sharp” impact and the chest plate thin enough to not absorb it better. It has happened with pucks and baseballs in the past.
  23. He did get CPR as well as oxygen so his brain wasn’t without oxygen for nine minutes. His brain probably wasn’t without oxygen for very long at all.
  24. When a head or neck injury is suspected a neck brace is used to make sure the head doesn’t move. Paralysis can occur later since just the slightest movement can worsen the injury. That being said this clearly was a heart issue.
  25. Same here and it’s 04:40 am where I am.
