    I'm not one to gush, not even over my own accomplishments. Yes I focus on the negative, but not only Josh's. How else does one improve? And yes, I know, Allen doesn't care what any of us think good or bad, he's his own worst critic yadda, but fandom is what it is...

    Yeah, I feel the same way. Eagles are to the point now where they will take more chances, go for it on 4th downs etc.

    Not really, I am open to liking Allen as the guy for years to come, but so far I am not satisfied he has all the necessary skills.

    Pretty soon that type of attitude towards celebrations will be labeled racist, if it already hasn't been. I agree about how stupid and annoying the dancing is.

    Yeah, I stand corrected on that. If he finishes with 80 and 3-5 TD's then there is nothing really to complain about IMO. Is he frustrated with Allen, the play calling, himself, all the above?...

    I don't think looking at the numbers tells the story on how a defense will game plan against Allen is what I'm getting at. IMO, Allen has to start connecting to add that threat to the teams capabilities. I mean hell, that was one of the things he was supposed to do well when drafted.

    What I find interesting on those lists is Mahomes on top and Allen on bottom. If defenses know Allen sucks at the long ball, it might make it easier to take away other aspects of the offense due to not having to worry about being beaten deep.

    I never said I wanted Lamar Jackson. But you can't deny he's having success. I wanted Sam Darnold and then Rosen, Jackson was not on my list, because I agree with the RB playing QB part of it.
