    Believe it or not, as a grad student 5th year player, Minshew ranked 2nd in NCAA passing yards, behind Haskins QB ‘Whisperer’ Mike Leach! .

    Well OK, point made - I would be against re-signing Losman, despite how good he looks with no pass rush, throwing to college kids (BTW, Jim Kelly retired at 36) .

    Tom Brady is 41. George Blanda retired at 48. If Gore and Beasley can play at a high level and help the team win, I sure don’t care how old they are. Age is just a number. .

    I didn’t realize the Raiders had a ‘home’ game in U.K. All moot, but in that case they would only forfeit their 7 home games. I suppose the 2 preseason games as well. .
