  1. A Pro Bowl performance, to be sure!
  2. You must know that grand jury testimony and proceedings are sealed - but still subject to perjury penalites - so we'll just have to wait for the grand jury indictment of the Kanes for robbery and for that 'brutal beatdown'
  3. That reminds me of a story... So Descartes goes into a restaurant...has his meal...getting ready to ask for the tab when the waiter walks up and asks, "Excuse me, Mr. Descartes, would you care for dessert?" Descartes considers for a moment, then replies, "I think not", and suddenly he disappears! Hah! I slay me....
  4. As do you. You are suggesting LoTempio and his client lied before a Grand Jury?
  5. Here's a quick youtube of the guy Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page stole their 'licks' from... Mr. Paul
  6. Certainly it happens. We just don't know if it happened in this case, Not yet, anyway. I'm anything but pure, but I'm wise enough - and sober enough - to know better than to draw attention to myself, particularly if I happen to be a rolling crime wave! Just heard LoTempio on the 6 o'clock news - said there was no robbery - the Kanes didn't try to take any of Radecki's money - there was a 'fare dispute', the kids were locked in the back of the cab, and then there was some 'wrestling' inside the cab... Those are LoTempio's (Radecki's attorney) words. Sounds like a helluva 'beatdown', hey Dean? Carry on, you Kane crucifiers.....
  7. Ssssshhhhhuuuuussssshhhhhh.... Don't wake Mickey & Thurman#1....
  8. Well apparently Dungy was in RoTown... Dungy modeled the 45th anniversary garment for Adrian Jules at an unveiling at the Irondequoit store. He has been a client of the tailor since 1996 and spoke to the store’s employees.
  9. BINGO..... 19 and 0 baby!!! GO BILLSSS!!!! PosLUSZny!!!!!
  10. Well, I guess - in their own pathetic little minds - that would qualify as 'sports talk'
  11. The real question, Billdo, is 'How much time will Tom Bundchen* spend lying on his back, gazing up at the stars, wondering WTF just hit him*?' Bufftown Bills 34 Fagsboro* Fops* 0 19 and 0 baby!!! GO BILLSSS!!!! PosLUSZny!!!!!
  12. My point, apparently more obtuse than I thought, is that no one knows if the guy even was beaten - freakin guy's a recidivist drunk and a liar, and may well have bruised his face falling in the gutter. The grand jury met today to consider the evidence against Kane - why don't we just wait to see whether they indict him, before we convict him?
  13. Keep an eye on... Mike Leach
  14. Is T.O. still filming his reality show here in Buffalo?
  15. Guy looks nothing like Rodney Dangerfield. Sure sounds like the old man, tho - sounds like a cross between Rick Jeanneret and Johnny Most...
  16. Once a Billdo, always a Billdo.
  17. Comments? OK....yes, you are a geek. Meanwhile... State revokes new license of Kane cabbie By Aaron Besecker BUFFALO NEWS STAFF REPORTER 8/13/2009 The cab driver at the center of the charges against hockey star Patrick Kane applied for a driver’s license under a different name and address shortly after his license was revoked in 1999 for drunken driving, a state Department of Motor Vehicles official said Wednesday.... Radecki’s license was revoked in December 1998 after he failed to submit to a chemical test and in April 1999 for driving while intoxicated and violating the terms of his conditional license.... His first license was issued to “John” Radecki at an address on Liddell Street in Buffalo. On the second license, however, Radecki changed the spelling of his first name to “Jan” and used an address in Silver Creek in Chautauqua County. He also changed his height from 5-foot-11 to 5-foot-10 and had a corrective lenses restriction removed.... The move also leaves 62-year-old Jan Radecki of Buffalo facing the possibility of a felony charge, Chautauqua County District Attorney David W. Foley told The News on Wednesday. Particularly amusing are the remarks of Radecki's attorney, high-priced BuffTown mouthpiece Andrew LoTempio... On Wednesday, LoTempio expressed his client’s willingness to remedy the situation, saying, “It’s all news to Mr. Radecki, and he’ll do whatever he needs to do to straighten it out.” Link - Buffalo News Yes, this is all news to Mr. Radecki - he has no recollection of applying for a new license immediately after the revocation of his old one, using a different name, falsifying his address, and changing his height. :w00t: Soon, this pillar of honesty will not even remember having the Kanes in his cab, or even going out that night!
  18. Guy also invented overdubbing. Played weekly at The Iridium in NYC right up until the end. A true legend has passed. RIP Les.
  19. There's this guy in Lubbock, TX.... Mike Leach
  20. Or... Those who reside in vitreous dwellings should refrain from catapulting petrous objects!
  21. But you wish, when he's not saying anything, he could at least not say it in a more colourful fashion, kind of like.... Mike Leach "If you get into a fight, don't take your helmet off...We're looking for smart football players, not dumb ones. In the interest of time, don't get into any more fights today." - Mike Leach or... “I told him to fix his helmet, which I thought was a pretty good coaching point at the time.” - Ibid.
  22. Patrick Kane will be fully acquitted, with all charges being dropped. No money will change hands, other than Paul Cambria's fee. Charges against James Kane also likely dropped, in exchange for the Kanes not pursuing civil action against Radecki. Mr. Radecki, OTOH, finds himself in a world of schitt - not only will he have to pay Andrew LoTempio's generous fees, may have to pay damages to the Kanes, and now finds himself in yet a whole new mess - I do believe it is illegal in NYS to hold multiple NYS drivers licenses under different names, yes? Likewise with falsifying your address for insurance purposes (known as 'insurance fraud').
  23. I'm pretty sure no one's ever accused this guy of being smart - which is probably why LoTempio's trying to downplay the whole incident.
  24. I see your point - to me it's a Catch 22: if Harrell does real well in the CFL, then comes the the NFL and dominates like Moon did, I'll be saying (in my best Bob Lobel), "Now why can't the Bills get players like that?"
  25. That is the recidivist drunk cabbie's sworn affidavit - nothing more - with no supporting depositions. By tonite, he will have recanted the entire tall tale.
