I was all in favor of the Bills signing Favre last season, before the Jets got him, if for no other reason than to hear this over and over on the sound system this Sunday... link At least one mock draft has us taking Jake Locker at #6 in the 2010 draft. Not sure it makes much sense to draft a QB that high until we shore up the O-line. If Jauron's still around, it's a cinch we take Tennessee safety Eric Berry. BTW - most mocks have Tebow going in round one, but behind Clausen, Locker, and Bradford. Myself, I don't see all four going in round one.

If Jauron got fired tonite, it would at least be a signal to the young players that RW and the front office realize and care about what's happened to this team. Jauron quit at the half, IMO - he seemed genuinely pissed that Fisher would dare to make him bring his team back out when they were already half-way down the tunnel, on their way to a nice little half-time rest and some Gatorade and PowerBars. If DJ had any kind of fire in his belly, and if he was really pissed, he would have used all 3 time-outs to 'ice' Bironas and show Fisher how pissed he was, instead of taking two into the locker room. But he was probably in a hurry to get his players lying down on their nap rugs. As it is, I admire Jeff Fisher - unlike Jauron, Fisher was using every second to try to score when the game was still close.
