  1. First the new 'signature' Peace Bridge gets derailed by the common tern, now this. Stupid birds.
  2. That's a Marv Levy line from 2006. (I love Marv but, save for the Fred Jackson signing, Marv v.2 is something I'd rather forget.) GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!! .
  3. Sullivan will frown As his Patriots* go down Here in The BuffTown
  4. ANY information on SJ's groin is 'TMI', I think...
  5. I believe that name is taken... Liza Barber
  6. A resounding... AYE!!!!!!!!! (I think the only 'nay' will be from the OP that routinely bumps it. )
  7. I believe in redemption, and in the healing power of prayer!
  8. I was wondering why Belicheat* went for it on that 4th & 4 and ahead by 6 in the 4th quarter - I thought to myself, 'I know he's* an arrogant f__, but he's* not an idiot! (It almost bit him* in the ass* - Brady* threw an incomplete, but SD fumbled it back on their attempt to capitalize) Link - With Zoltan Mesko injured, the Patriots are weighing their options at punter
  9. Buffalo Bills rule; New* England* Patriots* rot. Man, that was easy!
  10. GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!!
  11. Fitzbeardy goofed up PTR corrected him Now everything's fine
  12. I was gonna say almost the same things, Promo... 1 - Blitz blitz blitz the crap outa Marcia* - she* scares easily... (from the 2006 Bills-NE* game) Trailing just 7-3 in the first quarter, Buffalo's defense stopped New* England's* offense* on a third-and-10 play. Lining up at the Bills' 21-yard line, Pats* quarterback* Tom* Brady* saw no open receivers* and elected to concede a sack, sliding on the ground. That would have sent kicker* Stephen* Gostkowski* out to attempt a 38-yard field goal on fourth down. However, foolishly, Bills defenders Chris Kelsay and London Fletcher elected to dive into Brady*. Instead of simply touching the signal caller down, Kelsay took an unnecessary roughness penalty, handing New* England* an automatic first down. Which brings up... 2 - NO STUPID PENALTIES!!!! We've all-but-won several times against the Cheatriettes*, only to shoot ourselves in the foot 3 - PROTECT THE DAMNED BALL (Are ya readin' all of this, Leodis?) 4 - Control the clock - Bills had the ball for over 15 minutes more than KC in the opener, while in game 2 T.o.P. was basically even (Bills 31 minutes, Raiders 29 minutes) 5 - (the most basic) Every time the Bills get the ball, SCORE POINTS!!!! If I had to add one more, I'd get the Gronkowski* boys* and Cheatriettes* kicker Stephen* Gostkowski* out to the R & L Lounge Saturday nite for some pivo & pierogi - and have that ol' Polish footballer Roland Pikuzinski keep 'em* there 'til about 4 A.M. (NE* punter* Zoltan* Mesko* and TE* Aaron* Hernandez* are already injured and likely to miss Sunday's contest - hit 'em* where they're* already hurt - tight end and kicking game) If all of the above happen, I see no reason why we can't see... BuffTown Bills 57 New* England* Cheatriettes* 0 GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!!
  13. (Yawn) This again? I think I can speak for jw (and everyone else)... he's NOT. If my uncle had breasts, he'd be my aunt. Then why'd you bump your thread? Just to post what you don't know? STOP ALREADY!!!!!!
  14. I can't believe Fitz is married to a Barber link
  15. I'll chime in... Dude got thrown in the deep end of the pool late in the Raiders game after Stevie pulled up lame and Roscoe left with an injury. Prior to that, was jerked around a bit by the Bills - signed 8/24, supposedly made the final cut, then released the next day to make room for Sam Young, then brought back on 9/13 after Easley went on IR - so I doubt he's had much practice running routes, getting timing down, etc. Guy's got good size (6'4"/220) - much bigger than Parrish or Roosevelt. I think he'll contribute. (With Urbik out for 4 weeks, the Bills should be combing the waiver wires, practice squads, and available free agents to bolster the interior o-line. I'm much more concerned about what we do if one of our starting guards gets hurt - activate Michael Jasper?) GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!!
  16. You sure you got the right Martin? (Ruvell Martin was signed 8/24, didn't play that weekend, had 2 receptions and made a key play on special teams in the ONE game he played - the 9/1 pre-season game against Detroit - then got cut before the KC game)
  17. Why that selfish, miserly, greedy old #$@*! A little more background contained in this from The Buffalo News... Bills' owner to give UB medical unit $1 million (I was going to post it earlier, but was distracted reading elsewhere on TSW that the Bills still suck) GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!!
  18. Well, I'm pleased to see that none of the above predictions - revised or not - have us losing to KC or Oakland! I am also beyond pleased that, thus far, my own early prediction needs no revision... GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!!
  19. That's my understanding too - he skipped one question, and had one incorrect answer.
  20. I don't know the answer because I know know what 'the curse' is, but your quandary reminds me of a favorite scene from Semi Tough... Friedrich Bismark: If you stay in this room, you're gonna get the training - you're gonna get 'IT'. B.E.A.T. Woman: What's 'IT'? Bismark: That's what you get. Woman: How will I know when I've gotten it? Bismark: You'll know. Woman: Suppose I know that I haven't? Bismark: That's how you'll know you have. All I can suggest is, 'When you're not sure if the curse if over, that's how you'll know it is!' 19 and 0 baby!!!!!
  21. This could ruin our chances to draft Andy
  22. Both Fitz and his wife, All American soccer player Liza Barber, are Harvard alums - I have no info either way, but I'd bet they generously support their alma mater. .
  23. "I picked the only profession in the world where my Harvard degree worked against me." – Ryan Fitzpatrick Well...maybe not GO BILLSSS!!!! 19 and 0 baby!!!!!
  24. There's good reason for this - the Mike-Leach-like spread offense simply doesn't work in the NFL, and never will. I know this because I've been informed as much by countless football gurus on this forum.
