If the Cowboys win tonight...
The Senator replied to BuckeyeBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Be honest… If someone said to you 3 weeks ago that - at the end of September - the Bills would be the lone undefeated team in the AFC and tied for best record in the NFL, each and every one of you would have said, “You’re crazy, Senator.” GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!! -

You're thinking of the regular time-out signal that we're all familiar with. Bill* was using the less known and seldom seen signal indicating... "WTF, ref - we're about to lose...DO something!" -
Sullivan will frown As his Patriots* go down Here in The BuffTown Trust me, the little prick is not happy. Not only did he pick the Patriots* to win, he picked them* to cover. Now he has to tear up the 'See? I told you all that the Bills suck!' column he already had written for Monday's edition, and finish a new one before his deadline. (After he's done kicking his dog, that is.)

Not only would he, YE OLE, he DID...early in Q1, after the ball bounced off Donald Jones hands and into Kyle Arrington's... 1st-10 - NE47 - 8:58 - Ryan Fitzpatrick pass intended for Donald Jones INTERCEPTED by Kyle Arrington and returned for 27 yards. Tackled by Ryan Fitzpatrick. That's the difference, right there, between our young, hungry, scrappy Bills that are so eager-to-win, and that* group* of aging, vainglorious has-beens* that are eager to set personal records. I guess Brady* must have been more worried about her* hair plugs than stopping a Bills score. GO BILLSSS!!!! 19 and 0 baby!!!!!

How are we going to get better if we keep winning games?
The Senator replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sorry, my bad. But still amazing that, if you add 7th round picks Ryan Fitzpatrick and Demetrius Bell, it seems almost our entire starting offense - save for the interior line - is either undrafted or came in the 7th round! -

Not all of them... Fred Jackson - Undrafted (Coe College) Corey McIntyre - Undrafted (West Virginia) Donald Jones - Undrafted (Youngstown State) Eric Pears - Undrafted (Colorado State) Stevie Johnson - Undrafted (Kentucky) David Nelson - Undrafted (Florida) George Wilson - Undrafted (Arkansas) Kind of amazing, no? GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!! -
Yo, bro! Thanks for taking care of New Jersey today - nice job on Sanchez' face too Great day in both our nations - tho the Bills are the AFC's only undefeated team Once again, took til the final play for our Bills to 'seal the deal' - but they got it done Now it's your guys' turn to beat the Patsies* - no excuses, just get it done

I was wrong - I never thought the Bills would be so confident of a win that they would deliberately spot the Cheatriettes* 21 points before flipping the switch to 'ON'... GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!! -

No. Bill Belichick Did Not Trash Talk Kerry Rhodes, Jason Peters And the lesson here is - never believe anything you read in the NY Daily News... Link - Rich Cimini, You Are Welcome -
If you weren't a useless troll, you'd know that... 1) There are 5 Gronkowski brothers, not 3, and they were all born here in Buffalo; 2) Amherst, NY is to Buffalo what Brookline, MA is to Boston.

I've oft posed the question, 'If you're driving in your car at the speed of light, what happens when you turn on your headlights?'

I can't say I remember Belicheat* dissin' an opponent - not that he* didn't, I just that - if he* did - I don't remember it. (It really does seem out of character for him*.) Now the a-hole Brady's* an entirely different story - but even she* doesn't do it as much as she* used to back when she* had hair, probably because she* remembers what happened back then... GO BILLSSS!!!! 19 and 0 baby!!!!! -
If there are any others who find Leach interesting, entertaining, or whatever - nice article on 'The Pirate' by Jennifer Floyd Engel (Fox Sports/Ft Worth Star-Telegram) - The conversation with Mike Leach lasted 45 minutes...He is one of the last honest men in college football and he did not save all the good stuff for his refreshingly honest book, Swing Your Sword. He sprayed truth bullets at Craig James, ESPN, the Longhorn Network, the lack of a playoff and all of this recent craziness in college football even though doing so is probably keeping him from landing another job... Full article... Link - The most honest man in college football Those unfamiliar with Ms. Engel, a.k.a. 'Little Ball of Hate' - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7X-LXI-nYq0 (I heard it a while back, and fell in love with her instantly ) .

I think I nearly died laughing when that happened. It was such a dark show - full of mystery, intrigue, and then this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=doWfS0PH5Pg Anyway, eventually Cigarette Smoking Man met his demise - so we're good to go... 19 and 0 baby!!!!! .

Patriots' will have excuses a plenty for losing
The Senator replied to Scrappy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This. Much as I despise the Cheatriettes* (I picked them* to finish 3rd in the AFC East - behind Buffalo and NJ - and I'm sticking to that), they* are not the type of team* to make excuses. It's just not how they* behave after a loss. (They're* more into sulking, pouting, and generally behaving like a-holes all week - then taking it out on the Raiders next Sunday!) And no matter which or how many key players* or All-Pros* NE* is missing, they* really won't have any excuses when they* lose to a squad of offensive starters like... Ryan Fitzpatrick - 7th round (Harvard) Fred Jackson - Undrafted (Coe College) Corey McIntyre - Undrafted (West Virginia) Donald Jones - Undrafted (Youngstown State) Demetrius Bell - 7th round (Northwestern State) Eric Pears - Undrafted (Colorado State) Stevie Johnson - Undrafted (Kentucky) David Nelson - Undrafted (Florida) (When you look at the Bills lunch-pail roster - a ragtag bunch of late round and undrafted no names, supplemented by some castoffs from other teams practice squads and waiver wires, with some promising rookies and 2nd-year players thrown into the mix - it really has all the makings of a great feel-good, 'worst-to-first' turnaround story that everyone loves, I think. ) Belicheat* is notorious for manipulating his* injury reports* anyway, but I won't make any excuses either - I'll stand pat with my early prediction... BuffTown Bills 57 New* England* Cheatriettes* 0 GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!! -
Like I said - either a troll, or a loon...or both. (Saw it right away - surprised there weren't more this week.)
-
I dunno. He might also be what we call 'ChronicJoeBumpRaider', or something like that. For now, I'll just call him 'guy with weird question that just joined last night' ... GO BILLSSS!!!! 19 and 0 baby!!!!!

Chung and haynesworth ruled out sunday
The Senator replied to cmjoyce113's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Two ways to tell: 1) Were they* in a 4-3? 2) Who were they* playing? (If it wasn't the Dolphins or Chargers, then yeah, you were watching last year's games.) -
Chung and haynesworth ruled out sunday
The Senator replied to cmjoyce113's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It may get even better... Friday is decision day for Mesko* Hang time is a critical component of a punter’s job. The longer the ball is in the air, the better chance his coverage has of limiting the opponent’s return...But what’s up in the air in Foxborough* this Friday is Zoltan* Mesko’s* status* for Sunday’s AFC East showdown with the Buffalo Bills...They* reportedly worked out two veteran punters this week: Matt Dodge (formerly of the Giants) and Jeremy Kapinos (late of Pittsburgh). A final move might not be made until the weekend, but Mesko* stressed that Friday’s practice would be the determiner. Anyone see Zoltan* Mesko* at the airport? Does NE* have a punter this Sunday? -

It gets better - add WR Taylor Price... Chung, Haynesworth, Price out vs. Bills OOOPIE DOOOPIE... GO BILLSSS!!!! 19 and 0 baby!!!!! -
This. NE* is definitely concerned about it (and they should be)... Spiller watch - With some injuries at wide receiver - including Roscoe Parrish being out - the Bills may use versatile running back more as a true wide receiver. That's an interesting idea and one that's a complete unknown at this point. Spiller was one of the more dynamic players in college football history. He's been a bit of a disappointment as a back behind Jackson. But he's shown flashes of that big-play ability that made him a star in the bright orange uniforms of Clemson. Sometimes the unknown of a player being used in a new spot in a new way can be very tough to defend. That could be even more true with New* England's* health* issues* and unsettled* lineup* in the secondary*. Missing a tackle on Spiller on the edge is an instant big play. The Bills feed off big plays on offense, whether it's with Spiller or Johnson or Jackson or others. The Patriots* defense* could benefit from keeping up its* own* big-play style. But it's an absolute necessity that the* unit* doesn't allow big plays in this one or that will give the home squad quite a boost. Pretty good breakdown from the Cheatriettes* perspective...
