  1. I've been sayin' DeCastro for about a month now - just not sold on J. Martin @ #10. Obviously Riley Reiff falling to us @ #10 would change my pick in a heartbeat - any 6'6" 300+ lb. Iowa Hawkeye offensive lineman that can outrun the cops for 20 minutes on foot is my choice to protect Fitz's blind side! GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to be undefeated...I expect to win every game." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!!!! .
  2. I will sit tight with my earlier mock Bills Dream Draft 2012... R1 - David DeCastro, RG, Stanford (6'5", 310 lbs.) R2 - Dont'a Hightower, ILB, Alabama (6'4", 260 lbs.) R3 - Chandler Jones, DE, Syracuse (6'5", 265 lbs.) R4a-Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech (6'5", 206 lbs.) R4b-Kevin Zeitler, RG, Wisconsin (6'4", 315 lbs.) R5a-Terrell Manning, OLB, NC State (6'3", 233 lbs.) R5b-Jeff Fuller, WR, Texas A&M (6'4", 220 lbs.) R6 - Nick Foles, QB, Arizona (6'5", 240 lbs.) R7a-Levi Adcock, OT, Oklahoma State (6'5", 322 lbs.) R7b-Jared Crick, DE, Nebraska (6'4", 279 lbs.) GO BILLSSS!!!! "I expect to win every game!" - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!!!! .
  3. Thank you, GB... It doesn't change a thing...not a damned thing.... 19 and 0 baby!!!!! "I expect to be undefeated...I expect to win every game!" - Chan Gailey GO BILLSSS!!!! .
  4. So according to an interview with Ferguson that I heard a few years ago, the name comes fro Richard Chamberlain's character- Father Ralph de Bricassart - in the mini-series, The Thorn Birds. Apparently Ferguson's mom was a fan, only couldn't spell. OK, that's my good deed for the day... now can someone please explain Dont'a Hightower?
  5. Hill will be a bit of a reach for the Bills in the 3rd round, but a nice pickup in round 4.
  6. Tannehill will most DEFINITELY still be there at the 10th pick... ...of the second round. (and quite probably the 3rd round as well.)
  7. I have nothing against Bell...nothing at all...nor do I see anything wrong with player whom, after fulfilling his contractual obligations to his organization and his commitments to his team, wants to test/establish his value in free agency. That said, I'd be surprised to see him return. I seriously doubt the Bills would pull the offer, or 'rub Bell's nose in it' by offering even less money, but the Bills precedent has been not to court players who don't want to be here.
  8. HONEY...DON'T TOUCH THE PHONE...I'M ON THE WORLD WIDE WEB!!!!!
  9. Now what could be more fitting than makin' those 2 Bills-bashing morons get up at 4 every morning to start their show at 6 AM?
  10. Yea...no...I'll just sit tight on my earlier call... link
  11. Surprised we haven't heard... "Buddy's taking a nap..." or... "Ralph's too cheap to buy a microphone..." GO BILLSSS!!!!! I expect to be undefeated...I expect to win every game." - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!!!!
  12. I think the whole Meachem scenario just reinforces the incontrovertible fact that ALL New Orleans Saints are basically just "little pieces of crap!"
  13. Funny you should mention that - apparently that's exactly what they're* thinking in NE* - The Patriots can't be happy to see the news that defensive end Mario Williams is a serious candidate to sign with the Bills, who already have two outstanding defensive tackles in Kyle Williams and Marcel Dareus. That's going to be a difficult front to contain, especially if the Bills decide to beef up with the 10th overall draft pick, too. Mario Williams Signing With Buffalo Bills Could Be Treacherous for Patriots
  14. Goodell should just FedEx them the Lombardi Trophy right now.
  15. Ya think so??? Really???? See, I don't think people forget that at all about Stevie. But they do forget that the very same thing can happen again with another player this year - and that you don't have to spend a gazillion $$$ in free agency or burn a 1st-round pick to find a quality #2 WR. GO BILLSSS!!!! 19 and 0 baby!!!!!
  16. Well then... At least wait until Friday before posting really stupid statements, dontcha think?
  17. I'm assuming that Mario Williams WILL sign with the Bills.
  18. You mean guys like Stevie Johnson??? Folks tend to forget that SJ was a 7th-round pick. Who cares if Donald Jones, Naaman Roosevelt, David Nelson, et al were undrafted??? Hell, Wes Welker was undrafted. Yeah, a #2 WR to 'stretch the field' and take pressure and double coverage off SJ is a need - but it's a need that doesn't HAVE to be solved this week. There's the draft. There's former 4th-round pick Marcus Easley, whom the Bills are still very high on and whose heart ailment is supposedly healed. And, BTW, free agency didn't end last night, it just started.
  19. Interesting, indeed, SJBF... ...and yes, I have not merely been 'on the bandwagon' - but have been conducting the damned band...for what seems like forever!!!!! Obviously, just kidding about Gailey - no one was more thrilled than I was last season when he said, "I expect to be undefeated...I expect to win every game!" F#%K the naysayers - I have no use for them at all, and my 'ignore' list grows - almost exponentially, it seems - every week! For me - a life-long Bills and Red Sox fan - it's always been more fun, both in sports and in life, to anticipate the positive rather than belabor the negative. This year, as always, I'll anticipate winning every single game...and will be thinking how great Red Sox fans felt in 2004 when it finally all came together... GO BILLSSS!!!!! "I expect to be undefeated...I expect to win every game!" - Chan Gailey 19 and 0 baby!!!!! .
  20. I dunno...haven't heard about any private jets flying in to scoop up Demetrius Bell and take him away. Bell could still re-sign with the Bills. Also, the other Chargers LT - Jared Gaither - could be had. I'm not sold on Martin at #10, but would be thrilled if Reiff fell to us in the draft. Alternatively, we could go into the season with Hairston at LT, Levitre as backup, and still draft David DeCastro for depth at guard. Gonna be an interesting 6 weeks... GO BILLSSS!!!! 19 and 0 baby!!!!!
  21. Freakin' Gailey...jumpin' on the freakin' bandwagon... 19 and 0 baby!!!!!
  22. No...not quite...to be as big an ass hole as FatBoy Peters, Bell would have to have signed the Bills offer, accepted the huge raise - and then refuse to report to camp until they renegotiate it!
  23. And all four are wrong about him being drafted before the third round - personally, I'm thinking round four - and still hope the Bills don't touch him!!!! .
  24. Thanks for that entertaining link! To me, it shows how polished and adept with the media SJ has become in such a short time, and just why SJ has quickly become my favorite Bill. IMHO, Stevie will be a huge positive for the Bills image throughout the league and one of the NFL's most popular and entertaining players - on and off the field - for years to come! GO BILLSSS!!!! 19 and 0 baby!!!!! .
