ooooohhhh, if he reads this you are in for a talking to.

I wanted to like him because he reminds me of a guy I used to play with, but he just reminded me of why I usually have the sound turned down.

I hope. But I'm guessing it turns into a COVD debate and people start calling other folk morons and 14 yr olds again. 🤷♂️

Yeah he got it. Somebody that can replay it, watch the line judge at the end of the play. It looked like he was coming in to spot it correctly, but then had to detour upfield around Beasely or Diggs and never got back downfield to where he had originally been coming in and ended up marking it short of where he originally intended to. But I never saw a replay from the live camera angle where he's in the frame.

NFL Record for most players catching a TD pass?
Simon replied to whatdrought's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They actually tried to get Nsheke one on Allens 2nd rushing TD, but the Broncos Will maintained discipline -
I was seriously considering starting a thread to suggest he may have caught Mahomes. It's been like watching a zen master learn to find his center. He is in total tune with everything happening on the field.

Simon replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah I did read it in the GDT. It produced a startlingly positive mood swing. -

I think I'm just more comfortable with who's behind Williams than I am with who's behind Butler. -

Game MVP - Matt Barkley!

Total command of the offense! Imagine if his other play had been a TD pass when Daboll gave him a chance in SD; if only the End had been picked up, Barkley could be a legend!!! -

Yeah, that led to one of several big exhales on the day; most of them even related to football. -

Diggs looked fine afterwards and Tre was just a stinger. He could play right now. Williams is a bigger concern but I am pretty comfortable with a healthy Nsheke. Vernon Butler down scared me more than anything, I think. -

Week 15 Bills @ Broncos 2nd Half Gameday Thread
Simon replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That is simply not true. They inserted the word forcible into the rule for a particular reason; to differentiate between a tackle and hitting a guy with forcible contact. -

He's the only DT that's been playing worth a damn aside from Oliver. -

It was put in to keep QB's from getting hit low, not getting tackled low. If it's not forcible contact, it's not supposed to be a penalty. But instead of making the subjective call, officials are just regularly defaulting to make an objective call that ignores the "forcible" designation that the league intentionally installed into the rule.
