    I've seen it called as a Delay of Game but I'm not sure what benchmarks have to be met to consider it a penalty. Or maybe coach gets one warning first? If you throw it in an instance that doesn't qualify you should probably at least lose a challenge or a TO. I assumed he saw something that smelled like a fake.
