Should Davis start over Sanders going forward?
Simon replied to Blainorama5's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sanders is better at reading traffic and finding holes in zones. The Bills see primarily zone defenses so there is definitely a place for Sanders on the field. -
He's currently averaging about 1 pick every 3 games.

Some people are just too weak to handle it when things get hot in the kitchen so they just start screaming like toddlers. Any sorry excuse for a man that is too pathetically weak to control himself is certainly too weak to control me. If a pissed off coach walks comes up to me on the sidelines, looks me in the eye and says "Simon, you can't do that because A, B and C; next time do X, Y and Z. Now get your mind right and be ready to roll." then he earns my respect and I go out and do what he says. If some nutless asshat starts screaming in my face and calling me an idiot, then I learn nothing, the problem isn't solved and I lose respect for him. You want to solve problems and be respected by grown men, then you show the same respect that you expect from them. A guy that can't do that is a bad coach and a weak man.

It has ZERO to do with either of those things. I'm humble and I'm coachable, but if you can't deal with me respectfully then the problem is yours not mine.

I think its just that someone once accidentally called him McKittrick and it stuck. If there's more to it, somebody else will have to fill in the blanks.

We're talking about grown men, not Marines

You think he developed that kind of strength and technique playing video games? That young man has been working his ass off at a full time job for years; damn right he considers himself a grown man. People that think chewing out men like that is productive are engaging in projection fantasies; I'm glad McDermott is above it.
-
His job was to calm him down, not fire him up. Why the heck do you people think that ass-chewings actually work on grown men?

Meaning they think bettors see us as around a 1.5 favorite on a neutral field. Although I am not convinced that rule of thumb is applicable any more.

That might work on your girlfriend but not here......

How are we supposed to feel about this win??
Simon replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall
1st down: PA to the seam that Carolina began reading with regularity while Daboll continued calling it well into the 4th 2nd down: Trap into a loaded box 3rd down: No route combos, no max protect; just throw some spaghetti at the wall and hope Josh Allen makes a play for you -
Doesn't really matter Rodgers will take them down for a FG probably
-
How the hell can you not bracket that guy with some man under coverage?

I'd love to be a fly on the wall in the room where that debate is going to take place.

Honorable mentions to both Groot and Harry Phillips. Cody Ford might have even played over his head. -

There was at least one on each of them that I thought could have been called also. It seems to me they've been calling it very loosely around the league most of the year. -
Thanks for the info, gangsters
