That is not the worst case scenario. The worst case scenario is you spend a bunch of assets on a position that relies on everybody else for success. Then the units that they rely on for success are compromised because you de-prioritized them. I get the sense it has been handled that way multiple times previously and Josh is reluctant to airmail lasers 10 ft off the ground because he's never been asked to do it before at any point in his career.
