  1. I also thought he looked like he may have put on some muscle upstairs.
  2. They started throwing more doubles at him in the second half and it was like it didn't even matter
  3. He also blew up the first down play by totally jacking the LG up into the backfield. Before the Bills even lined up for the two point conversion on offense they showed him on the sideline strapping his helmet on already and you could tell he was freaking geeked to go.
  4. To who? Rapp was probably worse than Bishop last night.
  5. He only had 3 snaps on offense
  6. I thought I remembered him doing it a few times before that game, but also in the latter part of the season, which made zero sense whatsoever. I mean how do you go 3-4 months with minimal problems and then suddenly start pissing yourself in the middle of routine play calls?
  7. Just a question for folks who were there last night. Was it windy in the stadium?
  8. Look at the last page of this pdf file and you'll see that Bosa played the exact same number of snaps as Rousseau, Oliver and Jones. https://static.www.nfl.com/gamecenter/f61dee18-311e-11f0-b670-ae1250fadad1.pdf You can always find this Gamebook at the bottom of each page after each game at nfl.com
  9. We also won't have to worry about the multiple problems Anderson had with reporting properly last year.
  10. It wasn't really his fault but I think Groot gets him if Bosa hadn't inadvertently cut his legs.
  11. Not just from Buffalo; from every stadium in the league 👍
  12. I might not call him anything else ever again Alec Anderson played 3 snaps on offense
  13. Same from Schefter; indefinitely banned from every NFL stadium.
  14. I wasn't paying a ton of attention to the rotation but I don't recall seeing Ed out there with anybody but DaQuan next to him. That would certainly be a departure from what they've been doing for the last 5+ years.
  15. Going up against the best athletes you've ever seen that are also running the best coordinated offense you've ever seen with that variety of looks, options and mesh points has to be a nightmare for a DL in their first NFL game. It'd be like playing Navy with one arm tied behind your back while wearing an eye patch. They might have a few similar issues against that Jet offense next week but I think they'll definitely get better as the season rolls along.
  16. The Ravens ran a quick snap on that play and caught the Bills off guard; none of the D was in position when the play started before they expected it.
  17. I thought the entire LB corps was hesitant and just plain awful, along with both safeties. Although Bishop seemed to get more comfortable and aggressive later in the game.
  18. That isn't out of left field, but they'd have to release a vet from the practice squad to do it. If he's healthy I think I'd rather see him dressed before Strong for at least this year.
  19. He was, but I thought he at least learned from it quickly and adjusted as the game went on.
  20. He made some mistakes early but it's game 1 against an opponent that is a nightmare to defend properly so it wasn't unexpected. Overall I thought he looked very effective, probably the best we've seen across from Rousseau yet. The only time I got mad at him was when he inadvertently cut Groot's legs on what was probably about to be an absolutely crucial sack.
  21. He probably only had 10-15 snaps, but he again got caught crashing hard down the line right at the snap while Jackson waltzed through the massive hole he'd just vacated.
  22. Just a note: He led all the WRs in snaps by a significant margin. He is going to be a rich man's Mack Hollins.
  23. He had a tough time navigating traffic at times; really hesitant to attack routes early in the play. I thought the entire defense was like that though, spending waaaaay too much time diagnosing Baltimores wide variety of mesh points instead of making a decisive read and getting after it... except Epenasa of course, lol I'd probably hold Babich more responsible for that hesitancy than I do most of the players.
  24. This is 100% not true. I believe Strong played the entire game.
  25. I thought Sanders was active and showed a little more mobility than I expected from him. I think Walker played a little less and looked quite a bit like the rookie he was. I doubt if either guy played more than a quarter of the game (maybe Sanders a bit more than Walker?) as Ed and Daquan were out there for most of it, so I wouldn't take too much from limited snaps in their first ever NFL start and against that particular team.
