Not just because he can be a problem when he's allowed to attack the backfield, but it also forces blockers away from blitzers that are usually being picked up. This is not Rousseau's fault; he's doing what he's being coached to do on too many downs.

They've GOT to be more proactive. You ahve the best player int eh world standing ont eh sideline for 30:00 a game because you'd rather keep everything iin front of you than risk attacking. So what if you give up a big play occasionally; if you don't have the balls to dictate out there, you'll be dictated to. And that's a travesty with Josh Allen sitting over there watching.
