  1. I sort of think that the reason he was repeatedly running loose all over the place against KC is because they had no fear of him whatsoever.
  2. I just think it was frustrating for a lot of folks to watch Gabe Davis spend 4 years here and at the end of it, still not be able to get on the same page as Allen.
  3. Edited for accuracy
  4. I think in one year that Hollins made more clutch plays than Davis did his entire time here. He also made 100x fewer mistakes, imo.
  5. Honestly I saw that as more of a blown coverage by the Chiefs who were scrambling late and ended up with a slot corner in outside leverage when he should have been inside. That was more about the OC and Allen's recognition than it was about Davis, imo.
  6. Mack Hollins has the clutch gene. Gabe Davis does not.
  7. Wow, who'd have thought Kelvin Benjamin was actually marriage material?!
  8. What in the actual $%*# is going on with this franchise.
  9. Definitely not Fun Size... to tackle.
  10. Dude, there'd be people jumping off there when the Bills didn't pick who they wanted.
  11. Yep. From the LOC
  12. Oddity: I actually just learned in the last couple weeks that Take Five is the only song on Time Out that Dave Brubeck didn't write.
  13. That was nuts. They were awful for 55 minutes, now they're flying around on house money.
  14. He's not going to be running by people but don't discount some increased ability to create separation by having two hands to work with.
  15. Weird to see the Bills not call a defensive TO on 4th/15 with :40 left.
  16. lmao, I didn't remember/realize that was Elijah Moore

  18. I agree with almost all of this; you're e v a l of Williams is spot on, and your diagnosis of Bishop's primary issue is what I see as well. The only place I might differ is that I think Bishop is faster than you think he is. I don't know what his 40 is or anything, but I do get the sense that he can really get teh lead out when it's time to go. His shortcoming are not physical, but all mental at this point, imo.
  19. Not even with your dick......
  20. For some reason I have really fond memories of a preseason game the year we drafted Kyle Williams; no idea who they were even playing. I just remember some fat little white boy we grabbed in the 5th rnd who I'd never even heard of going out there and just completely dismantling the entire interior of an opposing OL. There was no scheming, game-planning, doubling etc. just testing guys head to head to see who belonged and who didn't. And it didn't matter who lined up across from him, he just kept making people look stupid over and over and over again to the point where I was laughing out loud on almost every defensive series. I remember saying something about it here on TSW and suggesting it was probably just a case of a solid player going up against a bunch of dudes who were going to be selling insurance next month. Little did we know at the time that Meatball was an Athlete!!!
  21. I didn't mean to imply there would be mid-season changes. I just think that both Forrest and Hancock are the sort of positionally sound, situationally aware captain/leaders who are the kind of very smart players that McDermott loves, and they'll get some chances to show their stuff early. They both probably need a year in this defense for Coach to have enough confidence in them to truly get a shot to start, but in the meantime they are both going to make some plays that will push both Bishop and Rapp to stay on their toes, errrrr balls of their feet.
  22. Forrest and Hancock have a good chance of filling out the S room and making this a very reliable group, imo. There's also a scenario where one or even both could really push the starters, although they are more likely to be a year away.
  23. There's not a lot of video out there of him but here's a little bit in case you haven't caught any yet.
  24. It is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain
  25. Whoever's running this whole show really pisses me off sometimes... To your brother 🍺
