  1. I usually merge these into the Josh's Commercials thread, but that **** is too funny to bury.
  2. The last time we saw Frazier's defense it was missing Hyde/DJones/Benford/JPhillips, had Poyer/Oliver/TWhite out there wrapped in duct tape and has also since added LFloyd and Bernard. What they're putting out there now is a massive upgrade in skill over what we last saw out there under Frazier. I won't argue against your point that they are now running similar schemes a bit more downhill, but imo that adjustment pales in comparison to the upgrade in healthy players on the field.
  3. At the risk of having tomatoes thrown at me, it wouldn't have to be very big.
  4. Fwiw, I'm not seeing much difference at all in what McDermott is running vs what Frazier was running for McDermott. If trends continue we'll see a fair amount more blitzing this weekend as the Bills have tended to really break out multiple blitz packages specifically against the Dolphins over the last several years. From my perspective, the most glaring difference by far between McDermott's defense and Frazier's is that the Bills personnel is currently healthy.
  5. Apparently the person who cares so much about it they had to create a new thread in a Buffalo Bills football forum. Curse you for making me have to open that nonsense....
  6. That kid was a good ballplayer who got entirely too much undeserved crap from this fanbase. Hope he has an excellent and rewarding career wherever he may travel.
  7. It also shows Bernard reading the right gap, filling it and forcing the RB to go elsewhere even before Bernard is tackled from behind by the Guard.
  8. It was three short, easy to read, accurate paragraphs. If you're looking or a reason why nobody in this community has any respect for you whatsoever, this might be a good place to start
  9. So far, McDermott may be blitzing less than any team in the NFL
  10. I wasn't referring as much to his velocity (which, you're right, is great) but more to how fast his release is. From the time he decides where it's going, to the time it actually leaves his hand is an eyeblink. I thought he walked into a sack on that Shakir throw and it ended up coming out so fast that I didn't even see him uncork it.
  11. His field awareness was just as good but I agree that his arm looked better than it did last year.
  12. How in the Sam Hill did you loons get 27 pages out of this nonsense?!
  13. I'd think he was upset because it was a 4TD lead with 3 minutes left and the game was over. At that point everybody is just trying to get off the field healthy and Rapp going kamikaze on a meaningless play late in a decided game was unnecessarily dangerous.
  14. I get it and kind of agree. But there's 225 and then there's 225, and they don't always look the same Fwiw, when the Bills paid Milano, my only concern was about his durability. That concern appears to have been unfounded and I hope it is this time as well.
  15. Guttersnipe!
  16. I love it when I can't decide between the laughing emoji and the awesome emoji.
  17. I'm not sure about his athleticism at this point, but he is regarded as being extremely smart and instinctive running zones, recognizing how offenses are trying to attack and getting to exactly where he needs to be. Here's a pretty good article pointing that up with specifics
  18. Wonder if this says something really positive about Bernard in a way? If a seasoned vet like Kirksey is watching film on Bernard and coming to the conclusion that he can't unseat him, that would be sort of impressive. I don't know, man. The kid is about 225 and utterly fearless; it's a legit concern, imo.
  19. Well, that didn't take long.....
  20. I had somebody in another thread tell me that other QB's (i.e. Kenny Pickett) make throws like that all the time.
  21. Get your minds out of the gutter, creepers ; - ) During the first half of the Jest game, even when he wasn't playing particularly well, I remember remarking to myself that his release looked markedly improved from last year. Then during the Raiders game he cut loose several throws that actually had me goggling. I don't know what he was doing or who he was working with in the offseason, or whether the speculation about his elbow was legitimate all last year, but I think he clearly worked on something that is showing up in his game now. He is snapping it off like nobody else in the world right now. And maybe I'm just being a fanboy but I think I'm about two weeks from saying that Josh Allen now has the most wicked release of any QB that's ever played in the NFL.
  22. Whoever started that crap should be buried in an anthill
  23. You're wrong again. Nobody asked me anything.
  24. I'm pretty sure I saw some chest compression in one of the vids
