  1. As soon as the guy goes down and the ref recognizes his intent. Could be instantaneous, especially if they inform him beforehand.
  2. Not saying you're wrong, but in that situation I might not bother to rush anybody.
  3. I think you can do it once in a game, but if you do it a second time then the restored game clock comes into play.
  4. I think you can do it once, but if you do it twice then the 15 yrds and restored clock comes into play.
  5. The squib is also more likely to get downed at the 20-30 instantly. You drop that ball from on high around the 5-10, the guy has got to play it. Either one was acceptable, imo.
  6. No squib, but the high hanger from Bass to the 5 that they've been covering perfectly all year was the call there. McDermott doesn't make a lot of mistakes but that one was probably his biggest ever.
  7. A high hanger from Bass to just short of the goalline was the proper call. McDermott with a rare mistake, imo.
  8. If I have a heart attack and never post again, it's been fun hanging out with y'all....
  9. Tough to call a penalty on one guy when both guys drop their heads. It was definitely a dangerous play, though.
  10. He's OK if he's getting the ball out in rhythm, but if you take away his primary read his brain goes completely haywire when he has to improvise.
  11. Excepting the Super Bowl, I didn't even know playoff games ever had halftime performances Is this a common thing now? And no, I have no idea who Nelly is either.
