  1. I would not make that switch at this point and I bet you McDermott won't either. Agreed with all of this. His strength, conditioning and confidence are all on point and he's really attacking offenses successfully. The big turnover out of nowhere is coming.
  2. He looks pretty live out there to me. You may be right about the step in regards to long speed, but he's making a lot of short area plays that are negatively affecting offenses. I'm very pleasantly surprised by what he's been showing.
  3. Watch him. It's not like he's getting blocked or pushed around; he's setting the edge or rushing contain on most of his snaps. He's nto getting opportunities to make plays that people see (i.e sacks or tfls) because he's rarely being allowed to actually attack the backfield. This is what McDermott wants from him because he wants his defense responsible to a fault and Rousseau is also really good at it.
  4. Don't leave out the swim move from a 330lb DT that turned Tua blind and scared.
  5. He's not invisible at all, imo.
  6. McDermott has had a length of 6" thick anchor chain on him since he walked in the door. I get it, running the ball anywhere near him is a waste of a down and his contain rush is almost always correct. But for gawd's sake coach, cut the young man loose sometimes. Not just because he can be a problem when he's allowed to attack the backfield, but it also forces blockers away from blitzers that are usually being picked up. This is not Rousseau's fault; he's doing what he's being coached to do on too many downs.
  7. He was playing a great game til the rib contusion
  8. For gawd's sakes, Taron. I love you but get your freaking head out of there with 20 seconds left.
  9. How long before Shaq Thompson is staying on the field on 3rd down?
  10. He's got a collar and a naval anchor tied around him on 85% of his snaps. Cut the Groot loose, coach...
  11. Not only is Sam Franklin Jr excelling on multiple coverage teams, he's now stirring up ***** on a return unit too
  12. He clearly respects his head coach
  13. He'd be on his back if it was. That's a rib issue
  14. Spencer Brown has become one of the smartest giants you'll ever see
  15. They've GOT to be more proactive. You ahve the best player int eh world standing ont eh sideline for 30:00 a game because you'd rather keep everything iin front of you than risk attacking. So what if you give up a big play occasionally; if you don't have the balls to dictate out there, you'll be dictated to. And that's a travesty with Josh Allen sitting over there watching.
  16. He's a wall over there vs the rungame and teh Bills are running mostly contain rushes, which I disagree with vs Tua.
  17. Because it worked for him vs Baltimore. He needs to understand that this isn't the same game and not fall into that habit.
  18. I think that one was all on Tre. His head wasn't in the game at the snap.
  19. I don't know what It is either, but I know it when I see it.
