Yes. The combination of brining (flavor) and dry aging/pat drying (crispiness) is the key. The cooking method is almost irrelevant. fwiw, I like to add an egg or two to my brine; I swear it helps the flavor in the brine penetrate even more.

Fwiw, his numbers look like this: 3 TDs in 7 games Averaging about 4 catches for 50 yrds per game Still only bringing in 50% of his targets Missed their last game with a "rib" injury I don't know how much the numbers were affected by QB play and I don't know if he was really hurt or just bubble-wrapped for a trade.

My understanding is that he has gotten better with it, although I have not seen that with my own eyes. It was an absolute circus in Pittsburgh; one of the quickest WRs you'll ever see in your life yet nobody was afraid of him.
