    If you watch that game again, watchAllen before the snap as much as after. He was in as much command of that field as any QB you will ever see, imo.

    That wasn't a random shot downfield in the 2nd qrtr. The game was riding on the ball there and they have to give him some leeway to attack it. The penalty was the right call but an ejection on a game deciding play would have been wildly inappropriate, imo.

    And he still fell forward for 2-3 more. I think folks underestimate how good he really is.

    They ran away from Oliver and at the over tackle all day. DaQuan could not hold the POA and they eventually pulled him and were running Ankou out there in his spot during the second half. It helped both positions, imo.

    They are really good at holding with their hands inside. I have to give them credit for some solid coaching there

    That is not his game. Quick work in the 5-15yrd range off single moves to get him the ball on the move is where he thrives. Running past people to fight off defenders downfield is not his game. Smoot was a wrist?! You have got to be dicking with me.

    I don't think you're wrong that it would be tricky for him, but the fact that the coaches won't even let him really try is a bit odd to me.

    Yeah and if he lays off and Coleman secures that ball, then he's let his teammates down by not finishing the play at the key moment of the game. He has to attack that catch with total abandon if he's not early. He just has to.
