  1. I thought they forced a lot of throwaways and wasted downs with those light rushes and loaded coverages. Miami had under 250 yrds of total offense on only 3.3 yrds/play and went 4/16 on 3rd down. Frazier was not a problem today, imo
  2. Really hard to be productive in the red zone if you don't trust your QB when the field gets crowded
  3. This was awesome all in the same minute
  4. Yes, the minimum has been reduced from the old per page standard
  5. I actually thought he was trying to trick a neurologist into leaving him alone so he could get back out there
  6. Reminder that this is a live game thread for Balt/Cincy. For your Bills discussion needs, please utilize every other thread on the board but this one. Thank you
  7. Yes I am, dammit. Oh wait, that's not what you meant......
  8. on a training day for unlicensed clowns.....
  9. C'mon man, I was listening to that game on the radio in the truck and know what it was
  10. That was on me. As a male of the species I'm incapable of doing more than one thing at a time.
  11. He turned back looking for somebody to pick up and just happened to be in teh wrong lane. It happens At least he made sure to accidentally pull him beyond the sticks
  12. That was bothering me too. I do think the depth the Phish secondary was setting up in ahd something to do with that. They were still available with some minor tweaking though. This is a great post. I hated the fact that the turnover came on first down but at that point in the game they were having really good success finding openings in the secondary on 1st downs and I get what he was trying to do on that particular down. I wonder what Josh passed up to chuck that prayer instead; I'd bet that one of his first two options was available and he couldn't help himself
  13. He only had to bet $75 I think. Small investment for a big payoff.
  14. He went a bit Dabollish a couple times but I thought he called a good game for most of the day
  15. I really wish there were more of those opportunities. McKenzie's injury could herald the changing of the guard finally
  16. I predict that some year is going to have a McDermott vs Daboll Super Bowl
  17. I have to wonder if that was the case. They'd been having problems with flooded zones creating big plays all day and I just wonder how badly they were outnumbered over there. Due to past "tendencies" I'm not giving McD the benefit of the doubt on that decision, probably until the day they're shoveling dirt on me. It was just a weird enough game that I want to see it for myself.
  18. I agree with you 90% of the time re: this situation, but before I passed final judgement I'd really like to see what that field looked like when he was chugging down the sideline to the judge. I missed the replay because I was literally face down on my carpet for the only time today, saying "I cannot f'ing believe he did it again".
  19. Yeah, he's going to be badly missed in every game going forward.
  20. The drop with under 2:00 left in the half which led to the punt return that totally changed the scoreboard was the most negatively impactful play of the game when things went sideways. A play like that can turn an inexperienced rookie into a hesitant passenger but instead Shakir shook that ***** off, kept it dialed in and ended up making a very difficult and massively important grab that pulled the Bills out of their own end on 3rd down hanging on for dear life with about 6-7 minutes left. It was the Bills biggest offensive play in the 4th qrtr. Bonus play: While we were all staring at the ball to see if Motor (who never should have been removed from the closer's role like he somewhat has been) had that last 1st down, Shakir was fighting his ass off and had about half the Miami secondary walled off by himself and was the #1 reason that Motor was able to make the line to gain.
