  1. I think it's mostly about an OLine that is not the most athletic at times. Plus the timing on screens is soooo tricky you have to practice them constantly to even be adequate. The Bills aren't going to practice them enough to be good at them so they're just nor going ot run them much, if at all. I love the idea of throwing balls to Cook to get him into space, but they'll do it other ways (and hopefully more often, imo)
  2. That is never going to be a part of this offense.
  3. Yes. Actually he went out with a knee injury; it was non-contact and could potentially be serious.
  4. That's just so he can understand his callers
  5. I think they were winning up front so much that they felt comfortable running a lot of dime with a big lead.
  6. I'd throw in a toughness factor as well. Guys respect that and it keeps people working for him as a leader. He's never going to gun the 20yrd out, but he can have a career in this league until those borderline tools deteriorate.
  7. He didn't say that, he just said he needs to be. And he's right that a lot of us take him for granted and shouldn't forget that. He makes plays every week that nobody else can and we think that's just a norm. It isn't. It's literally GOAT quality stuff happening right before our eyes.
  8. For what? He has no trade value and is fine right where he is.
  9. 6:15 Pacific - Josh Allen pours beer down the back of Dion Dawkins pants
  10. I think there's a little bit of leeway involved here. If Trey Hendrickson breaks a bone on a leg-whip, I am going to laugh. Probably quite loudly.
  11. The hit didn't look severe or like something that would necessarily lead to a shoulder "injury" so that was why I was guessing stinger. I'm hoping they were just being cautious in a game where they didn't really need him. Yeah, you walk onto the field unexpectedly and have to line up n your own 7 yrd line and then keep them off the scoreboard, there is more than luck involved.
  12. Walker had 12 and Charbonnet had 4
  13. Its a scoring issue I don't really understand, but it's considered a "run" play so it just goes down as a tackle for loss.
  14. Did Amari play much after what looked like he took a stinger?
  15. Another plus is that COleman is smart enough not to lose control and usually disengages very quickly.
  16. I hope not. Just because I don't like him and am enjoying his predictable idiocy and resultant suffering.
  17. He's got zero NFL starting LBs available to him and still managed to hide both those holes except for one drive.
  18. Cook's burst is genuinely elite
  19. He's a very good gadget in the right place right now. But I just watched Keon Coleman beat the absolute dogsnot out of a very good corner in Tariq Woolen today. I'm very comfortable with what the Bills did to open that draft.
  20. It's hard to argue against this. I'm still not 100% sold on Edwards but as a unit they are really working some people over
  21. Shame on you for missing a killer crab legs joke
  22. Yeah, that hat was half off when Cook blew him up
  23. For as much shlt as we give them (some of it deservedly), most of them recognize what's going on out there and call it accordingly.
  24. That one got me right off the couch
