I just get the feeling they won’t be on the same page as Poyer in terms. Just a guess.
Poyer’s under contract. Why are we worried about him this year? -
A perfect 1st half would've been 28-0. No one was saying it was perfect.

I don't think he needed to jump. So why?
He misjudged the ball. Or the corner. One or both. The hop was bad and caused him to miss the toe tap.

Phillips gets 7-8 mill a year huh? I don’t see it.
i like the rest minus adding Beasley or Fowler. I don’t think they’ll earn the dollars they’re paid. I like Quinn but he’s getting a little older now. Ngakoue makes sense. I thought kevin johnson was a nice addition and perfect #4 rotational corner. I liked the combination of Kj and Wallace opposite Tre. Only playing half the game kept johnson healthy.
i really hope Viska falls to us and we sign Derrick Henry. I hate paying the rb big money but I think he’s the piece this offense needs. He and shenault would do wonders
you’re cracked if you don’t think Phillips will command something like that this offseason. Not saying the bills would or should match, but an offer like that will happen. Look at the DL numbers bro. -

$17 million?
"................An "exclusive" franchise player must be offered a one-year contract for an amount no less than the average of the top five salaries at the player's position as of a date in April of the current year in which the tag will apply, or 120 percent of the player's previous year's salary, whichever is greater. Exclusive franchise players cannot negotiate with other teams. The player's team has all the negotiating rights to the exclusive player.

A non-exclusive franchise player may negotiate with other NFL teams, but if the player signs an offer sheet from another team, the original team has a right to match the terms of that offer, or if it does not match the offer and thus loses the player, is entitled to receive two first-round draft picks as compensation......................."
$17 million plus draft picks? nope.
all wrong buddy sorry. -

Guys I consider legit #1 wide receivers-
hopkins
thomas
hill
evans
Beckham jr
diggs
jones
Cooper
allen
Golladay
adams
Then some young guys like dj Moore, courtland Sutton, Godwin, Mike Williams who could get there soon. So maybe 10-15 teams? Probably forgetting someone
good list. Godwin may be approaching that status as well. Too early to tell though.edit: i see you listed him at the bottom good stuff.

I think that was largely a result of Brown doing that little awkward “hop” for the ball when he really didn’t need to. I think he just misjudged it in the air and then that was the result. Completely on him however.

Is there any doubt in your mind that Josh needs more practical, game relevant PRACTICE?? There should be no melt-down events in any game if he’s totally prepared to play the position. I’ve seen that type of play from Rob, J.P. and EJ. It’s a red flag for even the rawest rookie.
Where is Allen’s QB coach Ken Dorsey? He supposedly helped Cam Newton with the Panthers.
Josh has been working for 2 years in CA with Jordan Palmer’s private Company “QB Summit”. They stress footwork and include ‘yoga on the beach’!! Jordan Palmer completed 11 passes in the NFL career and is really a spiritual guru rather than a coach/trainer. Josh has said he’s going back for a 3rd year.
Per Jordan’s web-site:
The quarterback rooms I’ve been in have been filled with names such as Jason Campbell, Jay Cutler, Blaine Gabbert, Chad Henne, Carson Palmer, EJ Manuel, Josh Mccown, Jimmy Clausen and many others. I’ve lifted with linemen, ran with wideouts and studied with coaches. The experiences I’ve gained over my career have shaped me into the coach I am today. The emotional side of the game is the common thread that is woven into every aspect of the QB position. We help QBs to self-generate confidence, handle success and adversity, and challenge themselves to use their platform for good.
Personally, I think it’s all BS!
Allen works with Palmer in the offseason when, per NFL rules, regular coaches don’t have contact with players. Not sure what else he’s supposed to do. -

Is any cornerback playing in a primarily zone scheme worth paying top money? I would not be shocked to see a CB drafted early by Buffalo How do they handle it this time after letting Gilmore walk? I know he's under contract for 2020 just curious what you guys think is the long term plan
he’s a 1st team all-pro. Yes -

They really had zero, squat, boopkiss penalties all game? Into OT?
Is that a record? Playoff record?
they had 2 delay of games (on punts) and a personal foul after the whistle I believe (might be missing one of two) but no live, in-play penalties. Pretty wild.-

Eh, Poyer can consider holding out if he really feels insulted by his current deal. Not sure he’s got the leverage for that though.

OK, do you want to go ahead and give him a viscous verbal warning? ??
Nah not my lane bill. Not even going to report it either - almost every reply he’s received in this thread has already pointed out how wildly unhinged and sad it is. Except yours of course.

Ah yes when Allen does it it’s not stupid it’s “savvy” and “gritty.”

Anybody on here happy with participation trophies, GTFO. The Bills just had an epic meltdown on national TV to a NOT GOOD Texans team. O, and we haven’t won a playoff game still since 1995.
McClappy and Daboll conservative tails cost us this game. This is what happens when you don’t go for the throat. Bill O’Brien was begging the Bills to beat his team, and they didn’t take advantage.
Running Frank Gore on 2nd down, punting at the Houston 38, and settling for FG’s cost this team. It’s a crying shame this team isn’t playing next week and it’s due to the conservative mindset from the top.
O, and don’t go to the airport and cheer on a team that totally collapsed. Raise the damn standard here and demand more. Ridiculous.
Wasted season, and next year the standard should be nothing less than AFC EAST CHAMPS. If not, heads need to roll.
you sound upset. Don’t open with telling people to “GTFO” man. What are you, 12?-

Duke lost the game for us today.
Clap it up for moral victories ??
harsh but i have to agree. I suppose Duke deserved to be in there over foster though - he put together one of the greatest disappearing acts of all time this season. -

i think he panicked, but the funny thing is if it’s a better lateral, the sports world is abuzz with the gutsy brilliance of the young Qb.
The criers are really the ones defending every move he makes, good bad or otherwise. It’s infantile fanboyism. Not sure what sports “world” you live on but i am assuming it’s somewhere inside your own head.

I am relatively sure that Virgil didn't mean the comment that you referenced to be taken in the literal sense. He puts an awful lot into being a Bills Fan and this loss obviously took a ton out of him.
I'm thinking that almost everyone here has suffered the "Bills Blues" at some point, if not quite often lol. We are only here because we are fanatics to some degree.
Virgil will be fine.
And i am definitely sure that his intent doesn’t matter in this case - it’s not a comparison that many people are going to take lightly, your best efforts to defend him aside. ? -

And that’s fine. But I’m tired of what this game does to me. I’m tired of trying to put a positive spin on it when I know those players are completely fine on that flight home. They are millionaires and we are inconsequential fans in their lives.
I’m sitting there with my daughter and, no matter how much I try to hide it, I’m pissed. I don’t want her seeing that. I don’t want her being a fan of that.
There’s absolutely no excuse to blow that lead, to not focus on your key players, to give up that 3rd and 18. All of it. For all the good they’ve done this year, they are still the stubborn coaching staff who doesn’t play fearlessly or go for the kill. We are the same offense that scores below 20 points regardless of who they play.
I have zero reason to believe that they won’t bring gore back or a Tolbert who is useless and keep putting these players out there. I don’t believe Julio Jones would have made a difference in this game because Daboll is as much a roadblock to our momentum as he is a help.
We got just good enough to beat .500 teams this year on a soft schedule. We are the kings of moral victories against good teams. We have people going to the airport again to welcome them home after a first round playoff loss.
It’s my fault for believing we were more ahead than we were. For believing this is the right staff before they’ve actually won.
The only thing we’ve accomplished is not to be a bottom feeder. And yes, that’s a step. But I was ready for a win today. We should have won today.
But they did the same thing they’ve done for the past 25 years, let everyone down
you just sound like a beaten dog dude. And you just doubled down on the lame. Who on earth are you to make a blanket criticism of these guys’ characters because they lost a football game? Wild bro.-

Josh took a 20 yard sack on 4th and 23 that almost ended the game except BOB inexplicably went for it on 4th and 1.
Lotta wild stuff in that 2nd half, this included. Saw some things I’ve never seen before in a game, let alone a playoff game.

I won't pick on you too much as the Polish people have to put up with enough playful ribbing already. You're right. I want my franchise quarterback with the game on the line to lateral it while falling down even though he already picked up the first down and had plenty of time left. Thank god Knox was smart enough to knock it out of bounds.
i mean, i just want to say thank you for this - it couldn’t be said better. -
No you don’t “credit” him for being a idiot. If this is the state of Allen fans, I weep for the future.

He didn’t say anything wrong (shockingly.) allen panicked in the 2nd half and made stupid plays because the team (and coaches) around him kinda let him down. Nothing inaccurate about that take.
